You should take more care of the northern hemisphere of the world. Especally, when winter is near down under. It's simply frustrating in Germany, to gather all the things, which are needed for beer brewing beginners. Sold out Spundys, no 10L Juniors available and don't ask shops, what a "Quickie" is. As far as I love your transparent fermenters, I now bought a Corny VA-KEG instead. Since the UK left the EU, the prices are way to high now due to the custom and other taxes.

Would have been good if you could have the mounting holes in a vesa compliant pattern to allow multiple mounting options.
I've been bottling for two years now, and no matter how much I improve the process. I'm still getting over it, hahaha. 100% keen on this the temp prob would be great accessory!
Thanks for that. Yes I was bottling for 2 years before giving up. I wish this was available when I started bottling. This device when used with a pressure fermenter makes a really great bottling option.
I love this idea. I always am amazed at how you guys try to think of future proofing products. That temp prob idea is cool, not sure if its something id need. Being here in the US its pretty difficult at times to get some of your products though.

We did look at making a dual filling version but the reality is that it would cost about the same price as purchasing two of the single units. So I think it's better value to purchase two single fillers.

Using the growler spout push in fitting, on the website it says to use 10mmID silicone tube. What type of disconeect takes a 10mm ID tube?

I have been waiting for this video. I grabbed the filler when they were first released but still haven't even turned it on. Quick question, I currently use a counter pressure filler, the bottles stay carbonated for ever, how will this filler go with keeping bottles carbonated using crown caps?
make sure to do a firmware update. We are already on the third firmware release now. We also have more features in the pipeline too so I would say another firmware will be relased soon too.
When you have the beer cold and you have setup the machine correctly you will get very little foaming and therefore loose very little in carbonation. Once you apply the crown seal the only weak link is the gasket under the crown seal. These have quite a slow leakage rate but this will be the same irrespective of the filling method.

Would love to put his through it's pace, maybe see how it compares with the duofiller. There's always space for on extra filler in the brewery. Do you guys have test devices for content creators to try out?
The duofiller has the advantage of being stainless steel body. Also the duofiller has two heads.
This unit has the advantage of:
- being internet connected and logs and syncs profiles
- It is much easier to calibrate
- You can save many different profiles making it easy to switch between different can's bottles
- The screen is a massive advantage as it's wasy easier to use and tweak settings. The duofiller requires waiting for number of flashes of a light and holding down buttons for a number of sec etc.
- This unit is better value
- This unit has a completely external pinch valve so you can remove the whole liquid assembly for washing/cleaning. The duofiller has the beer line run into the internals of the machine making it harder to maintain and clean
- The duofiller requilres a specif regulator pressure so you need to regulate your gas down to a narrow operating range. This unit has an integrated regulator to lower the pressure down so you can feed any pressure above 2psi and this device will work.

@@KegLand oh yeah, the screen definitely looks good to me, I'm not a fan of the "push button for x time" solution. Also the height adjustable liquid and gas post is great. In our case it's not an issue to set specific pressure for purging with the double regulator, but I can see what you mean. Will you be making a dou version as well? Who is your European distributor, Brouwland?

this has the preset config for the Cannular 16oz cans? I have the cannular canner and user only the cannular 16oz cans. I am hoping that this has a preset config for your cans so I can but it, set it up turn it on and go.

In Victoria we now have a Container deposit scheme. Are the can manufacturers contemplating supplying cans with Bar Codes so that we consumers are able to cash in?

Hi @KegLand, do you have something similar as the tapcooler Nanocanner can Holder to fill cans under pressure? I feel my cans are always undercarbonated and I think it's due to the flow restriction with the long length and small diameter line. Cheers!

What type of hose was put on the growler adapter? I can’t get the 9.5 mm OD eva line on there for the life of me.
I used the 9.5mm OD Eva barrier tube but I used some needle nose pliers to stretch the internal diameter open a little and then it fits onto the barb ok.
Have you measured the TDO for the cans filled with this system? I know it is a bit far fetched but probably some brewers who just started selling their stuff could switch to that system to get going quick.
Yes we will do a video on this. It's not difficult to get low DO with this device. Ultimately all you need to do is make sure you purge for at least 1 sec and then cap on foam and you will get results that are similar to a commercial packaging line.
@@KegLand any concerns with additional O2 pickup from using silicone tubing? I've eliminated silicone from the cold side of my brewery - will the pinch valve work with PVC or other flexible tubing?

Do you have a preset profile for your cannular cans and canning machine? I want to purchase this as a complete cannular canning solution to go with my canner.
We have about a dozen pre-set profiles already on the machine when you purchase it from new. With that said it's quite easy to make new profiles.

Yes we already have a 500ml can preset but it's really easy to make your own presets too.

What length of line would you recommend from either a corny keg or a nukatap to reduce foaming ?
The right length will depend on a bunch of factors. 1.8mm 4mm ID at 2C is normally about right
Hehe, I suggest adding a drip tray. :D At 18:55 into the video, the filler has a pretty regular drip, and w/o a drip tray, someone''ll need to build/makeshift one (e.g. bowl on a barstool). It wouldn't take much to change the filler's bottom to accommodate a drip tray or brackets to hang a removable one. Also, when's a pressure-filler version coming out? :D
It's funny that you say that. This is something we were planning on doing already. You might notice we have some holes in the stainless platform already. This is for other attachments like the drip tray.

Just curious, would you say that we should have two of those to not have to wait too long? How long does it takes to cap it on the canular compared to filll a can?
If you are fairly quick you can probably get two of these and run them side by side. Most customers will fill a bottle or can in under 20sec so given that is the case one person could probably handle two machines running side by side.

What kind go CO2 volumes vs temperature can this handle?
Depends more on your setup, in truth. Its designed for arbonated bevages obviously.

Very interesting option, but worried about oxygen pick up when canning or bottling, specially with hoppy beers. Until now, for bottling I'm using the iTap Boel, and happy with it. But I can't fill cans. Any toughts about creating an accessory

It would be absolutely great!
If you are using cans you have the advantage of being able to cap on foam. This is what most breweries do with hoppy beers. Capping on foam will enable you to get down to under 100ppb oxygen in the final packaged product. If you are canning then counter pressure is a waste of time.
Counter pressure is most useful to eliminate foaming during the filling process but quite frankly if you are trying to cap on foam you intentionally want to have some foam so it's counter productive to use counter pressure.
I've always capped on foam and never had a problem. I was manually filling with a beer gun. I'll eventually switch to this. If you purge and fill from bottom and cap on foam I don't really understand how at a hobby level that's a viable worry. Seems like one of those homebrewing myths that carry-on.

If you're purging the bottle, do you still need carbonation drops?
If your liquid isn't already carbonated from the fermenter or keg and you would like it to be, then you'd need to add something like carbonation drops to do it for you in the bottle. All the CO2 purge is doing is to squeeze out the oxygen already in the empty bottle so it preserves the liquid you're about to insert from oxidation.
If you are using carbonation drops to carbonate in the bottle then you will still be required to do this. If however you are bottling already carbonated beer then you can avoid this step.
