INGREDIENTS:
4 chicken thighs
1/2 bunch of fresh oregano
1 large clove of garlic
Juice of 2 limes
salt and pepper
40 ml olive oil
White sauce:
150g yogurt
150m Mayo
3 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp sugar
0.5 tsp salt
0.5 tsp pepper
For the rub:
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp pepper
1 tsp coriander
1 tbsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin
250g basmati rice
500ml chicken stock
Lettuce, tomatoes, iceberg lettuce
Pita bread
Sriracha if needed
