Have you ever used P&S Hawaiian Shine. I have been using it since the mid 1990s and it performs great and has a long lasting shine. I never see anything on UA-cam talking about it. I love to use P&S products. Hope you can do a video on this product.
@@derekneedham1540 just checking them out because you mentioned it. it's dura-coating, right? duracoatings is another industrial company I think. and I agree (I'm not sure if Pan reviewed these already). I just started catching up, and he has reveiwed so many products and companies- its a library!
I've been using this as a makeshift contamination remover on paint also, real iron removers such as ironx are not available in the shops in my area, but the Meg's ultimate wheelcleaner you can pick up from any supermarket. Added bonus when you use it as iron remover on paint: because it's a gel-like solution it sticks on the paint much better than regular iron remover and doest run off as fast.
Too expensive considering P&S is less expensive and does a similar job. You can also use the Eagle One tire cleaner to target the rust deposits and cheaper at around $5 a bottle.
I just used this product for my chemical iron decontamination step. It works amazingly well. Some parts stores run sales on this for buy 1 get next 50% off. At around $10 here in the US, it is a better bang-for-the-buck than other iron removers.
I have been using this to clean my wheels for two years now. Didn’t really mind the smell or give it much thought to be honest. Never tried anything else so cannot compare. Yes it’s expensive, and for my use it wasn’t too efficient. I could easily use up a bottle for all 4 wheels. I don’t think it really matters how long you leave it after applying. I would leave it for a minute or so and then use brushes. I think a lot will depend how much elbow grease you are willing to use to clean the wheel so I never had any dirty spots on the front of the wheel or on the inside (as long as I was able to reach these areas with the brush). I would give all the tight spots a go with meguires small brush (cant remember the name) and after rinsing still wash the wheel with soft brush and dedicated washmit. Always had a great result but I could easily spend 30 min per wheel. I noticed that it was rather heavy on the tyre and mine got this brownish look, so I had to apply tyre dressing which I don’t really like and then stopped spraying the wheel cleaner on the tyre at all if possible. Just used a harder brush with some shampoo water. All in all always good results but quite expensive if you go through a bottle or sometimes bottle and a half per wash.
Sounds like a therapeutic session. If you ever feel like going an easier route for your wallet, check out Pan's other videos on how to clean tires and how you can dilute product with water. Once you clean your tires all nice and clean, the next time will be easier cuz of maintenance!
@@JOSEPHwHAN I’m happy with the results and I’m enjoying the process, this is more my feedback after using this cleaner for so long. It’s pricey but I’m alright with that.
@Bikeo Matic You will get better product usage with a pump up pressure sprayer. I going do all 4 wheels and do a full iron decon/claybar on an SUV WITH 1 bottle. As far as price it's actually cheap. It's normally $12.99 and Buy 1 get 1 50% off at Advance Auto. It actually comes out cheaper $/oz then me buying a gallon of Meg's Iron decon.
I love these wheel cleaners. I have used Meguiar's All Wheel Cleaner before about a year ago and its fantastic. I would love to see it fight against Sonax Wheel Cleaner Plus, which is what I use for my current heavy duty wheel cleaner. The thing I wanted to ask is that, can I also use these kinds of iron removing wheel cleaners as an iron remover as well, I ran out of IronX and it's going to take about two-three weeks shipping delay.
I did a test on this meguaire ultimate wheel cleaner and chemical guy’s Diablo for my forged wheel. Chemical guys didn’t do much, other than just clean it abit, whereas the Meguaire one really made my wheels Stand out (looking spanking new). Thumbs up for Meguaire Ultimate wheel cleaner, highly recommend it
I agree. No matter if the product is good or bad, or it’s in-between, the product itself is “showcased” so you can make your own judgment. I will say this though, you can’t go wrong with purchasing any of the products that PTO recommends as , well, let’s be honest! The hard work has already been done for you!
I've been using this product for 2 years along with Bilt Hamber Auto Wheel. I think it's great; even works better than most others if you dilute it 50/50,it sprays a better mist for more coverage that way too, so you use less product and it works just as well in my opinion!
I tried this on my MB wheels because Brake Buster didn't remove caked on brake dust near the lug nuts. The Meguiars Ult worked great at removing the dust from those areas with agitation. I will still use P&S for maintenance and pull this out when needed.
Yeah for super heavily caked on brake dust on super dirty wheels, it's best to use more powerful wheel cleaners with color changing technology and sometimes even acid based. For regular maintenance, as most of my viewers drive clean cars, P&S Brake Buster and Adam's Wheel & Tire Cleaner are perfect for that task. And they clean both wheels and tires, as opposed to just wheels like most wheel cleaners. So Brake Buster is super versatile. And less expensive as you can also dilute it in a pump sprayer. I can dilute Brake Buster up to 1:10 in my Marolex Axel foaming pump sprayer!! :)
I noticed that no matter what I do, this cleaner and most cleaners rust my rotors, but I wonder if it's because my rotors are simply bad, they had some surface rust when I bought the car as well. Might need to upgrade to coated ones! Overall though, this cleaner Is very good for the price.
All rotors rust, does not matter if you use wheel cleaner or not. The first time you use your brakes the rust is gone. Let it go, this is not a problem. 100% normal operation.
@@citus44 I agree. I clean my wheels first then the car. By the time I'm finished there's a light rusting on the rotors. Take for a spin and after a few stops it's gone.
All steel rotors (brake discs) rust after a car wash, regardless if you use a wheel cleaner or not. It's the nature of the metal. It's just surface rust though, and it goes away as soon as you brake the first time. A trick to not get that, is as soon as you are done with your final rinse, drive up and down your driveway while lightly applying the brakes. Then dry your car.
I have been using this product for a couple of years now and my rims com out fantastic! For example my daughter bought a used car with painted aluminum wheels and loaded with brake dust. They were brown! By spraying them with the wheel cleaner waiting and agitating, her wheels came out looking new! This product is also good as an iron Devon for the paint when you are in a pinch. Another trick is to spray the tires with APS, so you can save on the product.
Just wanted to add to mine yesterday. If you ever get a chance try Meguiar’s detail series non acidic tire & wheel cleaner. I don’t think it will disappoint!
I’ve been using meguiars ultimate all wheel cleaner for 6 months now and I love it, works great I feel like it’s fantastic and could even be used professionally!
Great product , I feel like it does a better job on tires when you agitate it quicker , product also works super well diluted in a pump sprayer , but with brake buster at 40cad for a gallon it's really hard to beat
I recently used this product and I must say it performed well beyond what I expected. I would like to see a comparison with P21S Gel. Overall you can't go wrong with Meguiars Ultimate.
The directions clearly say to apply on a dry wheel. Why? Because a wet wheel dilutes the cleaner. Also if most of the wheel is wet, the cleaner cannot adhere to all the surfaces to properly do its job of breaking down the ferrous deposits and dirt/grime. It just ends up running down the side of the wheel to the ground because of the standing water on the wheel. This product is extremely lubricious and foamy. So after letting it sit for a few minutes, if you take a wet soft detailing brush to agitate the surface, the only way you would marr the surface is if you put a shit ton of force on it, which no one in their right mind should ever do. In the end when used as directed and with a good practice, this cleaner does a fantastic job cleaning and will not marr delicate paint surfaces. I'm speaking from experience using it on gloss black wheels with a super soft finish.
@@therealevo77 Give the wheels a rinse and let it dry then. It's not always optimal to spray this product on any dry surface. Some surfaces have lots of loose-dirt build up that you wanna get rid of before applying the product, or else you would be wasting it on fighting the loose-dirt.
I always pre-rinse wheels as well in my regular wheel cleaning regimen (as shown also in my wheel and tire cleaning tutorial video on my channel). But for initial product testing, I always follow the instructions of the manufacturer, so I did exactly as instructed on the label here. Also, you get people complaining that you didn't follow the instructions if you decide to do as you wish haha. Welcome to the internet.
Been using this product for at least 2 years now. I love it. Normally I buy 2-3 bottles and dump it into my IK foamer 2 and it works wonders. Just don’t let it dry.
I ran out of my usual products last week, and needed something urgent to get the car clean that day. I stood looking at this for about 10 mins, picking it up, then putting it down selecting something else on the shelf, but really because it wasn't clear enough if it could do tyres, but good demo! I'd be confident getting it now as a back up 👍🇮🇪
Glad I could help! And in my opinion, I prefer products that can clean both wheels and tires like the ones in my battle video here: ua-cam.com/video/jfYZh1qB1LY/v-deo.html
Meguiar's may not make the 100% best products for all applications, BUT, in my experience you can ALWAYS trust that you will get the best, or very near the best results no matter which Meguiar's product you use. Just a note, I owned an Auto Detail shop and Car Dealership before I joined the United States Air Force, I served 22 YRS. and retired, Now I am back doing what I loved doing all those years ago, Detailing Cars. ( mostly my own ) You can NOT go wrong with any Meguiar's product.
Prefer buying p&s break buster as a 5litre, then you can dilute it in a bottle, saves product and then money. Seems like this stuff is a bottle per wash
I finally got around to using this product (Meguiar's Ultimate All Wheel Cleaner) to clean up my winter wheels before putting them onto the car. I felt like this product did an excellent job with reasonable effort. In my case, physical agitation and a pressurized rinse effectively cleaned the tire walls. I was really pleased at how just a spray application and pressurized rinse cleaned my very dirty calipers (the WRX STI brembos) with the OEM wheels still on. Those things accumulate a ton of brake dust in little time. The product's scent was negligible relative to some iron removers and the pricing was around $15 / bottle.
I've tested sooo many wheel cleaners and Meguiars despite being expensive are always good but the bleeding normal version is incredible especially with a but of agitation 👊🏻
I’ve used this product. It’s very good. I spray it on the face and inner barrels of my alloy wheels, allow to dwell (probably a key point to follow), a quick agitation within the barrels. If the foam turns brown, it’s an indication of road dirt, if it’s purple then it’s brake dust/iron contamination. Once agitated, I spray the wheel off with water and move onto the next alloy wheel. At the end of each alloy wheel I use two micro fibre cloths. One to dry off the face/spokes of the alloy wheel and the second cloth to dry off the inner barrels. I check the microfibres cloth for dirt residue and if you’ve done a good job, then there should be no signs of soiling on the cloths. I also wash off any agitation brushes in clean water so that I’m not introducing dirt from previous wheel cleaning sessions to the next. I recommend this product, but it is pricey.

Love to know the price per tyre rate in any comparison video. High price items like this lead you to cleaning them properly and protecting the alloy so you don’t need much on future maintenance washes. A good alloy coating saves sooooo much work removing break dust.
I use this for really caked on dirty wheels. Its the best for this application. It foams, lubricates, and cleans very well and easily. Then I use P&S Brake Buster to clean the tires and wheel arches/wells. Perfect combo!
I really love this wheel cleaner from Meguiar's (I use SuperClean for the tires), and together with Adam's tire and wheel cleaner which is more expensive but a two in one solution, they are my favorites. One of my cars is a 2018 STi (I have never seen brakes generating dust like this) and Meguiar's Ultimate all wheel cleaner with a soft drill brush is the most efficient way I found to deeply clean those pesky enamelled wheels and calipers. Thanks for your great video once again Pan!! 😉
I used this on my truck and it works amazing. Just make sure you rinse your drive way really good. It made my driveway go a little lighter shade then it was before in one spot where I left it sit on there too long and. I also used it all over the paint and it took off 85 % of my rail car dust orange dots all over the paint Then clayed the paint after for nice clean final results over all I like this product.

I would like to see this product go head to head with Sonax Full Effect wheel cleaner. I would also like to see an evaluation of Westleys Bleche-wite tire cleaner. I have been using that product on my tires for about 30 years and it works quite well on tires. But I would love to know the “Pan” opinion. Thanks Pan!!!
I'm glad I watched this video, I'm on my 2nd spray bottle now. My Dad told me Meguiar's is great stuff, so I always gravitated towards their products. It works really well on chrome! I don't even need to contact wash chrome if I've used this on it. I'm looking for a video of wheels with soft paint if there are any suggestions?
Like it and have used it for years. One caveat, its not cheap, so if you have been maintaining your wheels regularly as you wash you dont have to use a lot, just enough to cover and then agitate. I do not use this on my tires. I use some Mr. Pink and agitate along with the wheels. I use McGuiars endurance Gel on the tire after everything is dry. I let it sit first to prevent sling and have had no problems. It last a month or at best two. Which is about as you could ask for.

I've used this for awhile. Seems a good product. I had switched to the Eagle One Black and Plastic Coat wheel cleaner because it was cheaper and worked about the same, but that stuff disappeared and I haven't found it in more than a year.
This stuff is magic, especially on wheels with many spokes that are frustrating to clean. Just used some for the first time; Spray it on. wait a minute or two, scrub scrub scrub, then spray it off when you're done scrubbing. Applied some wax to the wheels after to see if that helps in the future.

I used iit as an iron remover and it worked well. Cheaper than Iron X but now I use P&S.. 😉 For the wheels and tires I also use P&S. Best bang for our bucks. I also used the Autoglym Magma as an iron remover and it works well too, at a good price. You nevet mentioned that brand and it is easily accessible at Canadian Tire. 😄
Thanks for your video my friend. I tested this against p&s brake cleaner. To my finding the Meguiar's is a good iron remover but couldn't clean as good as p&s brake cleaner. I tested on a heavy soiled BMW BBS honey cone rim. I am I huge Meguiar's fan but this one didn't work as good as I expected.
I dont think I have bought any products from Megs that has been bad. Admittedly I have not purchased everything but everything I have bought has all been good. Problem for us in the UK is that its pretty expensive over here compared to the US otherwise it would be a no brainer of a purchase. As an example its costs £18 on amazon over here for the 700ml, but the equivalent Bilt Hamber auto wheels for 1000ml is about £13.
I love this cleaner! I find it works the best as far as store products go (I've used CG Diablo and wasn't impressed). I've used it as an iron decon when applying paint sealants, but the dwell time is very long on a wet surface. How did you find the ultimate compared to brake buster and the other wheel/tire cleaners from your shootout?
Haven't tried CG Diablo but I'll take your word for it. We need Pan to try out Meguiar's D143 and see how it compares to this one (Meguiar's All wheel cleaner). More economical at 32$ for a gallon or 4Liters. @pantheorganizer I found the Meguiar's better than the P&S brake buster but how would the Pro Meguiar's D143 compare to both, and it's way more bang for the buck for sure?
@@DhDetails87 You are missing my point by adding in a 110$ per gallon product here Devan. If D143 is equivalent or better than P&S brake buster and almost as good as Meguiar's ultimate all wheel cleaner for the price your laughing with its price. I don't need an Iron remover every time I wash my rims as every 10 times I wash my Jeep wrangler I use CarPro TriX(tar/iron remover combined) on the entire vehicle. Why waste product on a vehicle that you have a proper maintenance plan going? Do you understand? Why waste money on product if you don't need to do it every time! I wash my vehicle 1 a week to once every 2 weeks. D1801 is too high of a price at 110$ a gallon versus a product at 32$ a gallon for D143. And wasting money too for overkill. A 18" rim with 70 profle tires would use that product up way to fast.
It's by far my favourite and best bang for my buck. Any other wheel cleaner comes in a smaller bottle for more money. I like that it's a gel and sticks. I pay $14-16 in edmonton.
There are in my opinion better wheel cleaners, that are less expensive and can also clean tires, like in my video here: ua-cam.com/video/jfYZh1qB1LY/v-deo.html
I've tried this, it works well tbh. Just the smell is strong, I've used Wheel Cleaner from Adams, it's not as strong on scent but definitely good as well. This is a great consumer cleaner to really clean wheels, especially old ones or ones that haven't been cleaned in forever
I use this whenever I want to put a sealant on my wheels. It's pricey so for normal maintenance washes I use Meguiars Non-Acid Wheel & Tire Cleaner. As far as price comparison: 48 oz (i.e. 2 bottles) = 1 gallon of Meguiars Non-Acid Wheel & Tire Cleaner. The latter is dilutable 2:1 or 1:1 so it goes even further for the same money.
Today I finished a bottle of Meguires hot wheel tire and rim cleaner and I can’t say it didn’t much to lift dirt and brake dust. I had to come back with other products to make sure it cleaned well. Meguires was my go to i until I started using more of griots products but for the most part they are still respected. I’ll buy Meguires when in a pinch I didn’t think the wheel cleaner was too impressive. Thanks for the review Pan, if I see this one I will try it next. I’m like you I want an all in one tire and wheel cleaner.
Bro please make a video on how to get in and get out of a car , how to open and close doors, what are the do's and dont's. Because I have heard wrong things lead to friction damage to seats , nail marks near the door handles, marks and scratches in the scuff plates and the plastic area and the way to handle everything in the car....
I’ve used this in the past, it does a good job but that one bottle doesn’t go very far. You get 3 cars max because you really need to put it on thick to get best results. It’s not great on tires either as you can see.
You don't need to put it on thick by spraying heavy in every nook and cranny. Your wasting product. Really dirty or just dirty wheels need agitation. This isn't a spray and rinse. As long as you mist all the surfaces of the wheel to coat all areas, the gel formula will cling on and do its job breaking down ferrous metals and dirt/grime. This way you can stretch the bottle a long way if your conservative on the trigger. Also if your not letting this cleaner sit long enough to do its job then it's going to be less effective.
love this cleaner so much, except I don't like the price as much to use it on tires as well. Followed your recommendation and just got a bottle of meguiars hot wheels and I find it works better than ultimate
I sprayed off my wheels in car wash then applied full bottle to all 4 wheels and rinsed off and worked absolutely awesome !! Highly recommemd . Full bottle did all 4 - 20” wheels
Interesting the only store in Carson City, Nevada, that had a bottle on the shelf was Lowe's home improvement center. Eleven bucks for 24-ounces. Can't wait to give it a try.
Pan, have you tried Meguiar's D143 Non Acid Tire and Wheel Cleaner? It seems to clean wheels as good as the product you use in this video but does a MUCH better job on cleaning tires.
I've enjoyed SONAX Extreme Wheel Cleaner PLUS and have now bought their new "Beast". I don't think I've seen you test any Sonax products, but it would be cool to see how it compares.
I haven't tested many Sonax products, but I did make many videos using their Perfect Finish Polish which I love, and also a video on their Spray & Seal product.
Hi Pan, never been a fan of any wheel cleaner, there is always a need to finish detailing the wheel by hand, I just use car shampoo + my Kärcher power washer and finish them by hand, same result, is my personal opinion after many years of washing my cars.
I am using this cleaner for years and very happy with it , however not very economical . I am still looking to find a tire cleaner that can REALLY do the job on tires . One that could do both at the same time will be a bonus .
Your critique of Turtle Wax Wheel & Tire cleaner was that you used a lot of product. It appears as though a lot of product was used and it costs substantially more than Turtle Wax.
Pan, what would we do without you? Always my go to when I have a product question or need a recommendation. Thank you for such great videos. Seeing that the wheels need polishing, how about a wheel polishing tutorial (for those of us that don’t have a 1 inch polisher). How would you go about removing fine scratches on clear coated wheels without the expense of purchasing a specialty polisher? Smallest I have is the Griots G8. Thanks again!
Unfortunately there are no miracles without proper tools. You need a small 1 or 2 inch polisher like a Rupes iBrid Nano to get into the intricate details of wheels. Polishing by hand would require 1000x more elbow grease and you’d never achieve the same levels of performance.
Another great video review from Paaan the Organizer! Lovely BMW alloys. Maybe make a video of Meguiar's Ultimate All Wheel Cleaner versus Brake Buster by P&S, since it also works best undiluted. Also try this versus Koch Chemie Fb Felgenblitz, also a bleeding fallout remover. We never see this product get tested, and I'm still on the fence about buying it.
I have used Meguiar's Ultimate Wheel Cleaner now for a couple of months and I like it, but you have to use a lot of it so it doesn't really go as far as you think. There are other wheel soaps I like that I don't have to use much and it's still nice and foamy. Super good product though.

All-purpose cleaners, especially household ones like Simple Green (not automotive grade), are decent for lightly dirty or soiled wheels. But they don't contain the brake dust removing technology or chemistry to fight dirt and grime found on roads the same way as proper wheel cleaners. Case in point, even if you clean your car often and use Simple Green on your wheels and they seem clean to the naked eye, I would bet that if you were to spray an iron remover with color changing technology, the wheels would heavily bleed that red/purple tint indicating a chemical reaction with the brake dust and iron particles. The same goes for using APCs to clean tires. Yeah they work "ok" for regular quick use on lightly soiled tires, but they don't contain the surfactants or other cleaning chemistry required to tackle ozonites and browning, etc. I will have a video soon on many topics answered by a leading chemist in the car detailing industry, and he'll give answers to all those questions like the one you asked so stay tuned. In the meantime, watch my popular wheel and tire cleaning tutorial: ua-cam.com/video/Ty4ZTq7A7rc/v-deo.html
If love it if you could include how much of the product you used on the wheel, so we can have an approximation of how many wheels per bottle we're looking at.
I gave this a try and been using it since. I used this on my oem gloss black wheels and honestly pretty hesitant especially having black wheels and compared to everything else I've tried this is the best so far. I let it sit for about 5 minutes and you can see it working. Smells like crap especially if you get some on your hands. Only downside is the bottle gets used up quickly I'm always buying a couple.
Another great vid. Thanks for your time Pan! 👍 I never thought I would like Meguiars product but more I will give it a try, thanks to you. *I would like to see this Wheel Cleaner against CarPro IRON-X and against Bilt Hamber Auto-Wheel Cleaner (or even vs Korrosol).*
Thank you Pan. I agree with your assessment this Meguiars product works as the level says. The price of this product in Mexico is a bit higher than in the States and Canada. Greetings from Mexico
Great video, I’ve used the Meguiar’s and this is a great product. I think a head to head with Bilt Hamber Autowheel would be a great video, I’m from UK and currently using Bilt Hamber 😁
I've used that before brake buster. I liked it because it was easy to get and it works. I'd like to see that in battle with also Sonax full effect wheel cleaner.
Do you have a website with a complete checklist of how to complete certain tasks? ie how to take off paint scuffs and scratches? A step by step written list that we could print off would be super helpful. By the way, I really appreciate your videos.
Thanks Maureen! Unfortunately, I don't have such a list. But with over 650 videos on my channel so far, and new ones added weekly, you are always going to find the detailing topic you are searching for.
Hello. I have a question. I just bought this and I’m wondering, the fact you apply this on a dry wheel, don’t you run the risk of scratching the wheel with debris that wasn’t rinsed off when using the brush? Thanks.
Just recently used this. I saw some comments about it smelling like rotten eggs. Honestly it smelled like cherries to me.... I did an all wheels off detail. This stuff is AMAZING! I did however use the entire bottle on all four wheels. Can this product be diluted?
Hi Pan. Would love to hear your thoughts on Bilt Hamber's Auto Wheel. It's UK made and for me, it's probably the best you can buy. It would be nice for your subscribers to see this wonderful product in action. It does smell a bit...but it certainly does the job. Thank you for the great content.
Great video Pan as usual! We need you to try out Meguiar's D143 and see how it compares to this one (Meguiar's Ultimate All wheel cleaner) and maybe P&S brake buster. More economical at 32$ for a gallon or 4Liters(at carzilla). I found the Meguiar's ultimate all wheel cleaner better than the P&S brake buster but cost goes to the P&S for sure. How would the Pro Meguiar's D143 compare to both, and it's way more bang for the buck for sure? I use Gyeon wheel cleaner right now and it does a great job, but price for quality I don't think that they Gyeon has it for the win by far :(
Thanks I appreciate it. As I said in the video, Meguiar's doesn't state that this product is for use on tires too, so I would avoid tires. For the best wheel cleaners that can also clean tires, watch a battle video I made here: ua-cam.com/video/jfYZh1qB1LY/v-deo.html How did you discover my channel by the way?
I just gave it a try and it worked well. I have question(s). One neighbor dries his car with a 12-inch squeegee that is at least 1/4-inch thick. Another neighbor washes his truck with a brush you could use on an elephant. Anyway to politely suggest watching your channel?
Omg they should not be doing that. You should tell them to watch two of my videos: Drying the vehicle with a microfiber drying towel: ua-cam.com/video/079H_dpxlUo/v-deo.html Tools to wash big trucks: ua-cam.com/video/rc-8j0fKp9Y/v-deo.html
Hey Pan Thanks for another awesome video. What cleaner would you recommend or use for a cabriolet cleaner. I'm gonna use the c-quartz fabric for protection. Thanks bro!

Need to do a review on duracoatings products
@@bikeomatic8005 I recommend Brake Buster!
It shows you are a regular viewer of my videos and that you pay attention Joseph! :)
I have used Meguiar's, Michelin, Sonax. And I see Sonax always produces stunning results.
As usual, good value -price relationship in Meguiar's products. Thanks for the review Pan.
My pleasure!
I did a test on this meguaire ultimate wheel cleaner and chemical guy’s Diablo for my forged wheel. Chemical guys didn’t do much, other than just clean it abit, whereas the Meguaire one really made my wheels Stand out (looking spanking new). Thumbs up for Meguaire Ultimate wheel cleaner, highly recommend it
Looks like a good product. Your demonstration of products is top notch due to the fact your video equipment and lighting is fantastic. Great job.
Thanks for the positive feedback as usual Kim! Much appreciated.
I agree. No matter if the product is good or bad, or it’s in-between, the product itself is “showcased” so you can make your own judgment. I will say this though, you can’t go wrong with purchasing any of the products that PTO recommends as , well, let’s be honest! The hard work has already been done for you!
the best product, hands down . meguair's works for me . I'm in New York and my wheels during winter time take a good beating. 👍
Take for a spin and after a few stops it's gone.
thats the nature of metal.............if your does not rust....its not pure steel
@@PanTheOrganizer Thanks Pan!
Thanks for your review Pan, Mequiar’s wheel clean has been my go to wheel cleaner for years.
Have a great weekend Pan.
Thanks, you too!
I’d always pre-rinse the wheels regardless. Otherwise you’re just agitation gritty contamination around the wheels causing marring/swirls.
@@therealevo77
Give the wheels a rinse and let it dry then.
Welcome to the internet.
i would still use p&s brake buster because of the price, dilution and cleaning capability for tires and wheels.
For semi dirty wheels BB is fine but BB doesn’t compare to this in terms of strength at cleaning.
Been using this product for at least 2 years now. I love it. Normally I buy 2-3 bottles and dump it into my IK foamer 2 and it works wonders. Just don’t let it dry.
My thoughts exactly. Iron remover for paint spray the rims and spray the whole bad boy down
I ran out of my usual products last week, and needed something urgent to get the car clean that day.
Meguiars always does a great job, for me you seem to use a lot of product and wonder if cheaper brands give you the same outcome. Thanks Pan. 🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺
I made a video about my favourite wheel & tire cleaners here: ua-cam.com/video/jfYZh1qB1LY/v-deo.html
I have three cars and usually get 6 washes per bottle and sometimes up to 8.
You could probably get 4 to 5 washes out of this one bottle. Not economical in my opinion, but it was a good wheel cleaner.
One thing to note is Meguiars stated it was safe to use on paint so could make a great iron remover for general use for the money!
I've tested sooo many wheel cleaners and Meguiars despite being expensive are always good but the bleeding normal version is incredible especially with a but of agitation 👊🏻
I think their Hote wheels version is better. It doesnt bleed but it lathers up and takes off more dirt

I have used this product it works great and can be found locally it does a good job as an iron remover also
I really love this wheel cleaner from Meguiar's (I use SuperClean for the tires), and together with Adam's tire and wheel cleaner which is more expensive but a two in one solution, they are my favorites. 😉
Thanks for watching!
I use this product as needed and dilute it 50%, dont leave on too long, works great.
THE PRODUCT SEEMS TO WORK REALLY WELL IN YOUR VIDEO & IT DID GET RID OF THAT BRAKE DUST ON THE RIMS. TOP MARKS PAN 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

I used this on my truck and it works amazing. Just make sure you rinse your drive way really good. It made my driveway go a little lighter shade then it was before in one spot where I left it sit on there too long and.

I used iit as an iron remover and it worked well. Cheaper than Iron X but now I use P&S.. 😉
For the wheels and tires I also use P&S.
I bought a bottle and used as a iron remover for my paint. It did a pretty good job.
I was disappointed with CG Diablo too
They are two different products. CG Diablo is PH neutral and is not meant to work as an iron remover.
@@michaelbailey747 it seems expensive bc you're not comparing it to the right product. It's more in line with their D180101 Wheel/Paint Iron decon.
As far as price comparison:
48 oz (i.e.
Thanks! For my favourite wheel and tires cleaners, watch my battle video here: ua-cam.com/video/jfYZh1qB1LY/v-deo.html
Never tried that one, I will try. I usually use the P&S Brake buster with IK pump or foam canon
Bro please make a video on how to get in and get out of a car , how to open and close doors, what are the do's and dont's. Because I have heard wrong things lead to friction damage to seats , nail marks near the door handles, marks and scratches in the scuff plates and the plastic area and the way to handle everything in the car....
You pop a xanny and you won’t worry about how you get in and out of your Camry
I can tell you don’t have kids yet 😂😂😂
I’ve used this in the past, it does a good job but that one bottle doesn’t go very far. You get 3 cars max because you really need to put it on thick to get best results. It’s not great on tires either as you can see.
True but to be fair it isn’t a tire cleaner. Just a wheel cleaner. So nobody expects this spray to clean the tires.
@@zonedout5998 definitely, I like it don’t get me wrong it does gets the job done for sure!
love this cleaner so much, except I don't like the price as much to use it on tires as well.
Thanks for sharing your experience Leroy!
Except sometimes I would still recommend an iron remover, as brake dust accumulates and a pH neutral car shampoo isn't enough to remove that.
I am using this cleaner for years and very happy with it , however not very economical . I am still looking to find a tire cleaner that can REALLY do the job on tires . One that could do both at the same time will be a bonus .
My favourite wheel and tire combo sprays are in my video here: ua-cam.com/video/jfYZh1qB1LY/v-deo.html
@@PanTheOrganizer Thanks Pan i will have a look .
Hello sir. Enjoyed the video. What soap did you use on the wheel brush when you were scrubbing the rims?
Does a great job. The amount needed though is a concern for cost vs performance
Really like this stuff. Larger (bulk) size would be nice, if it were available retail. No, it's not overly smelly compared to other products.
Thanks Owen! BB would win as it's less expensive and can be used on tires too, and can also be diluted in a pump sprayer.
I have used Meguiar's Ultimate Wheel Cleaner now for a couple of months and I like it, but you have to use a lot of it so it doesn't really go as far as you think. There are other wheel soaps I like that I don't have to use much and it's still nice and foamy. Super good product though.
Great content! I was curious about this wheel cleaner!
Thank you! Also watch my wheel & tire cleaners battle video here: ua-cam.com/video/jfYZh1qB1LY/v-deo.html
I just used Meguilar’s All Wheel Cleaner and I was amazed how good cleaner is that, just follow up on the recommendations.
Thanks for sharing! Welcome to my channel. You discovered one of the biggest car detailing channels on UA-cam as we surpassed 995,000 subscribers and we have over 135 million views! I have been detailing for 27 years and I love to share my knowledge and passion with my viewers.
You found the right channel to help you learn everything about detailing.
I have been watching your videos for quiet some time now. I love how you get into details with everything you do. I am 25 yrs young. And am looking into starting my own detailing business any advice on how to make my business legal ?
Why does anybody just not use simple green mixed 50/50? It's cheap and it works amazing.
Pan thank you for all the videos and tips. What do you think is the best micro fibre towel for cleaning and polishing etc?
Thanks Kenny! Funny you would ask, as you will have your answer in Wednesday's video! So come back tomorrow morning at 8 am EST for that! ;)
I never thought I would like Meguiars product but more I will give it a try, thanks to you.
Thanks for sharing!
@@PanTheOrganizer Is a good product.
i recently tried Masterson’s all wheel cleaner gel and it works great
Great video, I’ve used the Meguiar’s and this is a great product.
Looks like the Ultimate All Wheel Cleaner works pretty well👌🏻. P&S Brake Buster is still my go to choice👍🏻. Great video Pan!
Thanks! Brake Buster is still my go-to as well.
Pan, est-ce recommandable pour les dépôts ferreux sur la carosserie ? Merci pour le vidéo!
Ce n'est pas indiqué sur les instructions alors je ne sais pas si je risquerais.
Hello. I have a question. I just bought this and I’m wondering, the fact you apply this on a dry wheel, don’t you run the risk of scratching the wheel with debris that wasn’t rinsed off when using the brush? Thanks.
Hey Pan , j'ai essayé sur mes roues de Mustang. Noir piano et équipé de freins Brembo. WOW !! Quel résultat. Sqwicky clean . 👍👍
Merci de partager ton expérience!
Just recently used this. I saw some comments about it smelling like rotten eggs. Honestly it smelled like cherries to me.... I did an all wheels off detail. This stuff is AMAZING! I did however use the entire bottle on all four wheels. Can this product be diluted?
No it’s not meant to be diluted.
Hi Pan. Would love to hear your thoughts on Bilt Hamber's Auto Wheel. It's UK made and for me, it's probably the best you can buy. It would be nice for your subscribers to see this wonderful product in action. It does smell a bit...but it certainly does the job. Thank you for the great content.
Thanks for sharing Lovie!
I use Gyeon wheel cleaner right now and it does a great job, but price for quality I don't think that they Gyeon has it for the win by far :(
Hi Pan, thx for all your great videos. If the product says "wheel cleaner" is it still safe for tyres? Thx
Thanks I appreciate it. As I said in the video, Meguiar's doesn't state that this product is for use on tires too, so I would avoid tires. For the best wheel cleaners that can also clean tires, watch a battle video I made here: ua-cam.com/video/jfYZh1qB1LY/v-deo.html
How did you discover my channel by the way?
I use this product regularly and I feel it does a great job.
Yes but I have found these to be better: ua-cam.com/video/jfYZh1qB1LY/v-deo.html
You should tell them to watch two of my videos:

Bilt Hamber Auto Wheel is excellent as well
I haven't tested BH products yet. They aren't available in Canada it seems.
@@PanTheOrganizer Ahh ok - hopefully you will get your hands on some soon.
Also I sent you a message on Instagram regarding your watches
Hey Pan Thanks for another awesome video. What cleaner would you recommend or use for a cabriolet cleaner. I'm gonna use the c-quartz fabric for protection. Thanks bro!

This is like Sonax on a budget. Does the job very well for a little less cost.
