Interestingly enough the majority of folks, like me, that buy Nespresso usage machines do NOT WANT to do any maintenance! That's why we buy the capsule systems, instead of the grind and tamp. I'd like to ask how many folks do this level of daily care.
I bought the Creatista machine thinking that it will be much easier, as I just need to wash the milk jug after each use. I need my coffee fix quick and fast as I need to get to work. Now after watching this video, I find that I have more work to do before even enjoying my coffee.

my creatista is stuck in the rinse cycle of the descaling process. I cannot get it back to ordinary coffee making programme. It was returned once already for this same problem.What should I do ?

Theres no mention of the actual spout that dispenses the coffee whether theres an option to have water run thru the spout the clean off any excess coffee or coffee run-offs

What is "potable" water? Tap water? Why don't they recommend using filtered water, like using water filtered by a Brita or something comparable?
This coffee maker is nicer and easier to use than anything I've seen on the market today.

Our machine wasn't frothing at all. Spoke to the help desk, trouble shooting didnt work so they collected it and sent it to the repair shop. Got it back a few days ago. Tried every Froth level and there is barely any froth on any of the levels! What shall I do now?
