Is there something in the capsule part to prevent the capsule from falling straight through to the capsule box? The capsule doesn’t hold its position well.

Hi ,I recently bought this machine and would really like to know if I can make my coffee piping hot ,at the momonent seems to only get just above warm .Also I would like to be able to have a mug full of coffee and only seem to get quarter of a mug full even when I change the quantity on the machine .

Hello I recently bought this machine and I am unable to figure out why I cannot make a full cup of coffee? I selected max amount, and still get a very small amount. I really don't want to return my machine, please help.
