You can make iced latte but there's no cold foam setting. But you can do what I do, buy one of those cheap battery powered handheld milk frother thingy off Amazon for 15-20 bucks.
I had two creatista pro machines, both leaked ,had bad touchscreens and the coffee was not warm enough.
I have now made a different choice.

Hi Kirstin, we can confirm that the machine automatically steams the milk depending on the preparation you select, however you can then create latte art by pouring this into your cup. Many thanks.

My Creatista Pro does not steam the coffee and milk at the same time. First it steams the espresso then it starts to steam the milk so the espresso is cooling while the milk is still being prepaired. Should both boilers be working at the same time? if so, how do I fix this?
Hi Terry, only the 220v machines will froth and brew simultaneously. If you have one of our 120v models the processes will occur sequentially.

For every recipe by the Creatista Machine we recommend that you follow the recipe.
However, you can create your own recipes and save them - you are free to choose how much milk you want to use.

@@nespresso thanks but i was talking about the milk level in the milk jug can i use a lower amount of milk say 90ml. This is below the min level. Will this damage the machine?
Hi Walter, with the Creatista, a lower volume of milk may mean that the steam wand doesn't reach the milk. While it wouldn't harm the machine, it may overheat the milk and spoil the taste. Many thanks.
I prefered to coffee id in Turkey. It is amazing app to customization. Also its free cause of your coffee design is prepared by the coffee shop. I can choose every level of milk.

Hi Nespresso. Please help… I purchased the Pro and it was very expensive (£800) believing it will create latte art from all the adverts I see for this machine. But it is impossible to do latte art. The coffee crema is not thick enough, and the milk frothing is at wrong consistency. So no matter what setting I put it on it will not create latte art like you have advertised all over the box and on the coffee touch screen. PLEASE HELP

Why a machine so expensive just to make capsule-based coffee?
You clearly haven't used one. I've used Keurig and that makes basic sock coffee. These make espresso. If you've used an actual espresso machine, the price justifies the convenience, in my opinion. On top of that, it steams milk, not just froth it. That said, I didn't purchase one full price (Creatista Plus). I bought it half price on a unicorn deal on Amazon.

@@Albertojedi in this context, it just means it was too rare, happened only in the blink of an eye and it's gone forever that people won't believe it actually happened. in fact it never did happen again. (you can look at the price history). not only that, Amazon allowed me to pay it in 5 payments without using any sort of credit (not like 5 payments in credit card or financing).
My machine has been kindly fixed by Nespresso but its showing signs of aging. the milk is at the hottest setting and not really getting hot. It does make a lot of coffees over the years but in this time Sage has not made another machine and this one still costs £600 big ones.

There is one major down side; it only allows you to make one cup at a time if I am not mistaken. Otherwise excellent machine.
