  • HOW TO ACTIVATE NUTS | Soaking almonds, walnuts & seeds + recipe for TRAIL MIX SNACKS // In this video, I am sharing how to soak and sprout nuts and seeds, example, how to sprout linseeds, how to sprout quinoa, how to sprout chickpeas and how to soak and sprout legumes and beans. At the same time, I will provide a recipe for trail mix snacks which you can make in bigger quantities and use as a breakfast granola recipe or you can add it in yogurt parfaits. Good Video, thanks for this reminder. It doesn't bother you to dry them so hot that kills the active enzymes from sprouting?
    Also what is 'unmixables '?
