Hi I have a 95 Cobra with a leaking fuel rail. Any idea who makes a fuel rail kit for the 94 & 95 models? Finding a lot of stuff for the 86-93 models but the SN95 5.0s seem to be bastard children.
Just wanted to know if you remember how much braided line did you use or end up buy all together I don’t wanna buy wayyy too much but don’t wanna keep making trips back and forth
I’m sure you’ve figured this out by now but all the B means at the end of the part number is black. I do have a question: 640863 push lock goes on return and 641303 pressure/feed? I’m currently following your lead but having a hard time getting 641303 to clamp on.
One stock line was roughly 34 inches and the other was roughly 32 inches. If I remember correctly I made them just a touch longer so they would sit in the factory clip on the fender and still route as clean as possible

I got one from Speedmaster 79.
Luckily I already had an aftermarket Distributor as the rails will not work with an OEM distributor.

How hard was it to unhook the lines at the hard lines on the fender?
Way harder than it should have been, make sure you use the ford fuel line tool
Any issues with removing the pulse damper?

Do u need that part u removed the pulse damper the circle silver thing on hose im trying to upgrade fuel lines but idk if i neex that part

I was still tuning at the time, but didn't see any difference there either
What’s the braided steel line part number
Its just 6am braded line, it wasn't part of a kit I cut it to size
Is the smaller line the higher pressure
The 640903 is for the pressure side, I cant remember if it was bigger or smaller
