WCC 2024 Building Bridges Across Systems from Birth to 3rd Grade Panel 6 (Day 2)

This panel will share current efforts seeking to deepen alignment across early childhood and transitional kindergarten (TK) through 3rd grade-a formative and foundational period for children’s lifelong trajectories-and the important role that local organizations play in the lives of families. The conversation will include the benefits of creating these bridges across systems, promising practices to meet the diverse needs of families, and the challenges and potential solutions as these efforts continue.
