From a foreign perspective: I went through your materials and think you strongly overestimate the mentioning of race as a political means of benefit. It's a constant and wrought underlining of a divide that you seem uneager to reconcile. So activism without a resolution. I also took a look at your financials and wager that it's vague enough because of the allowance for staff salaries. No exact number is given as to what the chairs are making, but by the looks of it you may have a few $150k+ positions. Now I like these foundations, the operational level is usually filled with the best individuals their communities have to offer. But the rest has me quite skeptical.

As I believe the American people again will vote for Donald J. Trump for three reasons: 1. Security bcs of Democrat fueled chaos & demons. Dems behaved irresponsibly when they made acts against police including deregulation bills and budget cuts. 2. Trump's Anti China policy. Many states and millions of American people are extremely happy about Trump's trade policy with china. Mainly states having manufacturing industries. 3. White majority voters. Silent majority white people. People with ages above or 50 who don't have university or college degrees would probably vote for Trump. The only leverage for Democrats could get advantage is the COVID-19 Pandemic. Because US Coronavirus death toll is extremely high and they say Trump ignored the CDC guidelines.

It is extremely helpful to go through the process of acquiring additional languages multiple times to get a proper perspective on age and additional language acquisition and the associated research.
