U can add few more exercises in forearms. Eg: ancient exercises using swords, hammers, others exercises using lath , ropes and holding weights for grip.
Using swords and lath can only be done by the professionals not everyone. These are some basics which can be done by anyone and anywhere especially the newspaper one.

Also, Hanging is super beneficial as well... If you keep hanging long enough, you will start to hit those deep palm muscles as well as the pinky finger on our hand, eventually the wrist muscles along with the forearm and down to the shoulders, which provide all round stability! 👍🇮🇳🔥

I remember fetching up to 50 buckets of water from the well in our backyard of our house. We walked 10 kilometres everyday to school and back.
