    U can add few more exercises in forearms.
    Eg: ancient exercises using swords, hammers, others exercises using lath , ropes and holding weights for grip.

    Women in the old days did a lot of washing manually, be it on the river, stream, or getting water from well which required hoisting aka extra exercise, they had very powerful grip strength, my grandmas are good examples 😂

      I remember fetching up to 50 buckets of water from the well in our backyard of our house. We walked 10 kilometres everyday to school and back.

    Also, Hanging is super beneficial as well... If you keep hanging long enough, you will start to hit those deep palm muscles as well as the pinky finger on our hand, eventually the wrist muscles along with the forearm and down to the shoulders, which provide all round stability! 👍🇮🇳🔥

      @@rarara4111 don't need to go hard on yourself! If you want to take it to the next level, try adding a little weight, like school bag with 3-4 watter bottles in it! That's it...

      Chest par fat hai iska arth fat jarurat se jada hai, kam karne ke liye aap sugar, maida, processed foods, ek sath jada khana ye sab kam ya band karna hoga.
      Roj adhik se adhik subah sham chalna shuru kijiye, jitna ho sake utna vyayam kijiye, hari sabjiya adhik khaiye 🙏
