      The gloves are beautiful with the exception of the awful font they used to stitch "SWORD". It's unfortunate bc the rest of both gloves is PERFECT.

      T minus i hour 30 minutes 55 seconds and counting. Ail elements
      are GO with the countdown at this time, the countdown aimed
      at landing 2 astronauts on the Moon. At this time the space- craft Test Conductor Skip Chauvin going through some checks
      with astronaut Mike Collins aboard the spacecraft. We're
      winding up this important emergency detection system test
      that Nell Armstrong has been participating in. Meanwhile,
      at the 320 foot level the closeout crew now placing the boost protective cover over the hatch now that we have completed the cabin purge and have the proper cabin environment inside the cabin. We have also performed leak checks to assure ourselves that the cabin atmosphere is valid. This boost protective
      cover is used during the early phases of a powered flight
      and it is Jettisoned with the escape tower shortly after second stage ignition. Here in the firing room the launch vehicle
      test team's still keeping a close eye on the status of the propellants aboard the Saturn V launch vehicle. We're back
      to 100 percent supply with the liquid hydrogen fuel in the
      third stave. This problem with the leaking valve is no problem at this time. We've actually bypassed the valve that we are matntaini_g our hydrogen supply aboard the vehicle. All aspects GO, tb._ weather is very satisfactory this morning, a thin
      cloud cover about 15 000 feet, temperature at launch time
      e_ected to be about 85 degrees. At T minus I hour, 29 minutes,
      _seconds
      END OF TAPE
      and counting, this is Kennedy Launch

    This is an incredible first hand account of a major leaguer making his way over to Japan, assimilating with the culture, learning the differences and sharing an angle we don't often get to see to the world. I love this, I can't describe how much I love this. Keep it up!

    My 9 yo daughter is addicted to your channel. She is a catcher/3b in softball and follows your throwing program. I was a college pitcher touching low 90s so I encourage the science based methodology. In 11 months she has went from 34mph to PRing at 47 yesterday.
    Keep up the good work! We both are pulling for you! She wishes you would come back and sign with the Astros or Rangers so we can come see you.

    This is why Japanese businessmen, and the companies they work for, are so well respected. Those are some of the coolest gloves I've ever seen, as well! Beautiful workmanship, phenomenal dyes on the leather, intricate and well thought out stitching, the list goes on and on! I would imagine their company will see a pleasant spike in sales globally, showing this many people how dedication to ones craft should look!

    One thing about Japanese baseball is they're more patient at the plate. Nothing flashy and will grind their way to a run instead of trying for flashy long balls all the time.

    "We" have never be profesional or even ever played baseball, but love to watch or think about mechanichs of throwing or hitting.
    nobody ever explain to us about this much detail with lively of what you think when you are actually throwing the ball.

    I lived in Japan for 25 years, part of that time I lived and/or worked in Yokohama. When you came to the Dodgers I was stoked! Since the “hit job” (as I call it) against you occurred I have been on you side. That you have gone on to Japan to further your career makes me so happy for you! The fans will give you goosebumps. Long live Bauer!! Oh, and I am sure the land of the samurai sword is gonna embrace you like no other gaijin (sorry for the word usage, but it is what they say)!

    I’m watching more of Trevor Bauer on UA-cam than any other baseball content, including MLB games, COMBINED.
    Good luck Trevor. It took me years to reestablish the person I was before false allegations ruined who I was. I’m hoping for nothing but the best for you.
    I do have one special request: First major NBL game, I want to see 12 strikeouts in 3 innings. Lol.

    Thank you for posting this video! It's so fun to watch the POV from Cy Young Pitcher as a Japanese. But one thing that from 13:07 of this video, the Japanese subtitles doesn't work. And subtitles restarts from 13:50 so all subtitles delays 43 sec after 13:50. I would appreciate it if you could fix it. I look forward to more videos from you.

      Its extremely stupid how that went too. Like the MLB wants to make us believe that no team, not even a team like the royals, we’re willing to give up $4 mil for a cy young pitcher? He’d probably have played for less. He’s definitely been blacklisted

      If he played in the mlb, the dodgers were off the hook for the 20m they owed him. He went to Japan for 4 mil a season, and still gets the 20m from the dodgers. I’m almost certain he had offers from teams. But an extra 20m and a chance to stick it to your old team is worth it. Plus Japanese baseball is very competitive, and he will learn new pitches.

    I live in Fukuoka and when the leagues do their combine it will be the first time I'm cheering the Baystars and not the Hawks is you are anywhere near the rotation! Gloves are fire and very Japanese of them to get somebody to meet you ASAP!

    I love listening to him deciding what pitches to throw. I'm a catcher and some of the things he said is exactly what I think about when challenging hitters. Very awesome to hear what a pro thinks about when pitching!

    Bauer has more interesting japan vlogs than a lot of foreigners who live there for years making japan vlogs

    As a Japanese guy living in the States, Trevor's Japan Vlogs are 100x better than any other Japan Vlogs because it shows the genuine culture shock and the struggles he has/had to go through as well as how he's learning and overcoming those struggles.
    The other Japan Vlogs just show you what it's like when everything and anything goes how it's suppose to when you're in Japan for the first time and that rarely happens especially when you're riding the train for the first time.

      @@hellyworld9325 I wouldn't necessarily say stuff happens but trains that stop at big stations such as Shinagawa, where he gets on and off, there a 4 or 5 of the "same" trains that stop at different stations or goes the opposite way as well as 20+ different lines that runs through the station that he has to carefully navigate through.
      It's not like the US where one station is dedicated to one line.

    As a person who pitched in HS and JUCO in the late 90's. The amount of metrics/analytics that Trevor tracks in mind-boggling. Wish I would've done some of this stuff back then. I'm a fan of this approach.
