I don't think people realize just how much of a view into the life of a pro baseball pitcher we are getting, specifically how rare that is. Not only that, we're getting to see someone adjusting to life in a foreign place, with a unique viewpoint. This channel is pure gold, and embodies some of the best of what the internet should be.

What he said, it actually called “Inaka Game” basically directly translated to “Rural Game”.
NPB Team will play a “home” game at the city where’s there’s no professional baseball team.
The idea is to “cultivate” a grassroots support in the region where’s the team would called as their “Territory”.
If we want to compare it to MLB teams and their “blackout territories”, Imagine Detroit Tigers playing a “Home Game” against, let’s say..Milwaukee Brewers at Marquette, Upper Peninsula..
or Chicago Cubs vs St Louis Cardinals playing Home Game at Des Moines. Iowa..
or Mariners vs San Francisco at Portland, Oregon

these videos are so cool to watch, by far the most interesting series i can find on youtube, seeing the schedule of a big leaguer i think helps me “act” like one and in turn makes me better.

These videos are so good for baseball, love everything about this. I'm a catcher in college and I just wanna know how you feel about the differences on catchers in America versus Japan.

Nice fielding on that hit at 24:40. That's a really tough play - Jomboy did some analysis of similar plays and it's tough to make. Your turn-around and accurate throw was waaay better than the average fielding response there.

One of the best things about visiting Japan is discovering all the little electronics or machines that make everyday life easier but they don't necessarily look crazy advanced, just like the batting machine.
