Finally, a kid that I can respect. Not stup-up, not boasting, he's actually respectful to his parents and he loves the game. Props to this kid, he'll go somewhere in a couple years.
Parents who support their kid, by keeping him on the straight and narrow, without forcing him to play baseball, and you can tell he has a genuine love for the game. Props to the parents for raising him!
EVERYONE needs a day off!! I always take Sunday off! If this kid goes at it hard every day, 365 days a year, you run into the risk of getting burned out!! But, I wish him the best of luck...IF he wants a career in the Major Leagues!! It's a long road...but he definitely appears to have the drive.
You don’t have to I’m in the #3 ranked outfielder in Alabama, I just go to the school batting cages and I work on my granddaddy’s farm in the offseason maybe go to the gym after work
I’m friends with Dillion, he is such an amazing person. He loves this sport with all his heart. We go to the same high school, we don’t talk as much as we used to but he is a motivated person. :)
my son wants to be a catcher. he is six years old and catches for his farm team and they want him for travel ball, but he wants to "get better" I haven't caught since I was a kid, so I wish I had someone like Dylan around to help him. Just awesome.
We never had techniques taught to us like this in High School. To say, “the game has changed,” is a huge understatement. I played in College and never saw this level of “training”. That was 40 years ago in Santa Barbara, Ca. Man, have the times changed...oh yeah, huge, no MASSIVE understatement. Good luck kid! I’m sure he’ll put on more weight and get stronger through the years.
nice swing, his catching needs work though, needs to develop a more athletic stance for blocking and base runners, im sure he will though hes 15 hes got time to improve.
There are so many great players at so many levels. He is great for 15. I guess we will see if he can buck the odds to make it to the show. Good luck young buck.
Well it’s kinda about work ethic, not really about how good you are at baseball now. A work ethic like the no days off subjects will get you far in a few years.
For baseball thanks for adding that. People are forgetting about Sky Brown the pro skater at 12, and whatever his name is, the kid who did ninja, skating, surfing, unicycling and stuff. A lot of them get on for how hard they work though, because these kids are ambitious and hard working, although some can be spoiled or annoying.
We would love to have you as an Oklahoma Sooner!!!!! BOOMER SOONER!!!!! Hope to see you at OU in a few years!!! What a work ethic too!! Keep it up kid and you'll be playing ball in the MLB someday in the future!
haven’t played baseball in about 5 years, but when i did i was a short stop and never realized the work it took to be a catcher. kid has a great work ethic and even more potential
LamBeau Leeper this I agree with. One way to burn your 15 year old out is to completely take everything away. He’s 15... he can have some treats once and a while. Geezus. High chance he’ll hate it in a few years
OMG! I’m 13. I’m my teams starting catcher, I’ve been practicing with the high school team for a couple months now! It’s so cool that such a young person, is so good at what they love!

Gabriel Matias they wouldn’t you have to be in a rich family with personal trainers to be on this
This is the first kid that actually impressed me, and isn’t some crazy rich, flashy player. He’s actually very skilled and keeps his head down.

Miles Merkle like you are any better
YourFriendlyKiller guarantee you 60% of people watching is better than Joey baseball
Spy Bro 32 oh yeah because 60% of this comment section is nationally ranked.
YourFriendlyKiller Joey baseball isn’t nationally ranked
Julie Fisher my fault, I thought he was talking about the kid in this video, not the other one.
in all honesty most kids can't afford to train 7 days a week, its not financially possible, it's the sad thing about amateur sports
I can’t train I don’t have a train I at home with a free batting thing I got from place
Some kids are just more fortunate and have parents that can provide.
You don’t have to I’m in the #3 ranked outfielder in Alabama, I just go to the school batting cages and I work on my granddaddy’s farm in the offseason maybe go to the gym after work
Yeah uh i just train in my living room thats all
Yea but 99% of kids who can afford to train everyday don’t do it so u can’t hate on the 1s who take advantage of being blessed
I’m friends with Dillion, he is such an amazing person. He loves this sport with all his heart. We go to the same high school, we don’t talk as much as we used to but he is a motivated person. :)
