This piece of sh*t is the absolute worst. I used it for a time out of curiosity. I was in a queue, so I waited for over an hour, but once my queue was shorter than 10 minutes, the amount of time climbed till it reached an hour again. After that, I uninstalled it immediately.
UPDATE: Seems people from SEA have to sit in long broken queues to be able to play. This did not happen to me as I instantly was able to enter from the NA server. Just something to keep in mind. Also take my EU experience with a grain of salt
SEA(Malaysia/Singapore)got it since last year. Yeah the server was crowded when it was first release. It die down after a month and you don't need to queue anymore. I just use that 15min free time to do daily while pooping since I only get 10ping and doesn't cook my potato phone while doing it.

Cloud gaming service is not for those who just stay at home 24/7, this is common knowledge. Even with me owning kidney-cost setup at home, I still bought cloud gaming services once in a while because my job need a lot of travelling. And in this case, this 15min daily free access is clearly Hoyo being kind enough to allow players under some circumstances like me to still be able to at least clear the game dailies...but at a cost of queueing among thousands other players.

I downloaded it a couple of months back and I can't even get in the game most of the time and when I do it looks way worse than me just downloading the game.

@@Holyshine. So I've done a few minutes run using medium setting + 60 fps. From my experience, the problem you're addressing does exist but not so often that it causes discomfort while playing. Maybe try lowering your fps? Or use mine, max everything & 30 fps at the cost of your phone over heating, or wait for 1.1. Also there's a questionnaire in the game mail right now, you can address your problem there and hope dev listens so by the time 1.1 released the gameplay becomes smoother.

you are missing one important problem, the cloud server has bandwidth limit of how much players login. i heard many many review that they cannot login because server is full. imagine already paying and cannot login
genshin issues: - lack of innovative approaches - Same formula that only seem to suit mobile players and casuals - Lack of care toward the playerbase's need (mostly the invested and hardcore people playing it) - Models honestly looks ass, less human and way too cartoonish even in the head proportions (take yelan or raiden for example and just make their head sliiiiiighty smaller and with more "forms" and see how better they look) - Characters Story focuses way too much on npc's to the point where it's genuinely comical how unrelated we feel to the characters - Game REFUSE to change it's ways to fit their ACTUAL audience - Too much mint in the map - Too slow to explore (felt it the hard way after playing wuwa) - Everything is always shit and giggles in this damn game and all stories always end well, even how the abyss is shown in the main archon quests starts to feel ass compared to the hidden lore and descriptions given in books in-game, there is a huge difference in the team writing the lore (which is really good writing) and the team that write the main story (bad writting due to how babified everything is with paimon) - Cannot fathom actually showing and living the events instead of just telling in a story. - Main character lacks so much personality even they dont know what he or she should be - Devs main target at this point are kids, which is funny because i dont think a kid should play a gacha game so why even babify the story like they explain to brain dead people - No skip button (they should atleast add that for the damn daily commissions) - 4 FUCKING YEARS AND NONE OF THESE ISSUES ARE ADRESSED. There is way more but honestly if you bother yourself reading all of this thanks, i wouldnt have read allat personally.

I'm in Bangladesh and the only reason i tried it was that geforce now isn't available in my country and using a vpn just takes my 25 mbps to like 2 mbps and results in input delay. After experiencing the sheer amount of time it takes to get into the actual game, I just gave up on playing it on my old phone and I'm just sticking to Pc until I get a better phone...

In my opinion, I’ve been using it and it’s there solely for convenience. I have Genshin on PC, but sometimes I just don’t wanna be sitting at my desk or on my pc jz for the game. Going in to do my dailies, farms etc. and then dip, takes about 20-30 min, not a lot of money spent if you’re paying. Prob go for the 15 dollar option.
i use genshin cloud but i never paid anything on that just for login and doing gacha after update then back to my dearest cloud service that gives u free time by watching ads 10 time which is sucks the time gained by watching ads is 2 hr and 15 minutes.. which is worth it and gfn in my country has no offer just like you mentioned.. idk why

now we have 200 resin cap, I only have to login Genshin once every 25 hours. and, 15 minutes free access of the clouds, means I can limit my time playing Genshin for only 15 minutes every 25 hours. This is my only way to play on my alt account. I mainly play on my main in America server, but I have to un-install past quests, and that prevents me to play on my Asia alt, cos that would re-install stuff back again. But now I can play on my Asia alt thru genshin cloud. It’s pretty easy to just do my commission in less than 15 minutes, and with the new 200 resin limit allows for only having to log-in once a day and condense all resin, so I get to accumulate some playtime minutes. Genshin Cloud queue at most only goes on for an hour. GeForce Now queue could sometimes go on for 12 hours or more…

Let's not forget that in general, cloud gaming will always be a bottleneck. Since it streams the image from another device to yours, and then streams your inputs to the device, there will always be extra input lag, no matter your connection speed or quality. And the fact that miHoYo started their own cloud for just one game shows that this is nothing more than a ripoff, one they implemented because they know they can get away with basically anything at this point.

you are missing one important problem, the cloud server has bandwidth limit of how much players login. i heard many many review that they cannot login because server is full. imagine already paying and cannot login
genshin issues:
- lack of innovative approaches
- Same formula that only seem to suit mobile players and casuals
- Lack of care toward the playerbase's need (mostly the invested and hardcore people playing it)
- Models honestly looks ass, less human and way too cartoonish even in the head proportions (take yelan or raiden for example and just make their head sliiiiiighty smaller and with more "forms" and see how better they look)
- Characters Story focuses way too much on npc's to the point where it's genuinely comical how unrelated we feel to the characters
- Game REFUSE to change it's ways to fit their ACTUAL audience
- Too much mint in the map
- Too slow to explore (felt it the hard way after playing wuwa)
- Everything is always shit and giggles in this damn game and all stories always end well, even how the abyss is shown in the main archon quests starts to feel ass compared to the hidden lore and descriptions given in books in-game, there is a huge difference in the team writing the lore (which is really good writing) and the team that write the main story (bad writting due to how babified everything is with paimon)
- Cannot fathom actually showing and living the events instead of just telling in a story.
- Main character lacks so much personality even they dont know what he or she should be
- Devs main target at this point are kids, which is funny because i dont think a kid should play a gacha game so why even babify the story like they explain to brain dead people
- No skip button (they should atleast add that for the damn daily commissions)
- 4 FUCKING YEARS AND NONE OF THESE ISSUES ARE ADRESSED.

the recent main quest was as below mid as wuthering waves' first 4 acts, and average genshin players still denied that fact. my shopmate told me all the details and loopholes of each a week ago before quitting that game. 😂

I'm in Bangladesh and the only reason i tried it was that geforce now isn't available in my country and using a vpn just takes my 25 mbps to like 2 mbps and results in input delay. After experiencing the sheer amount of time it takes to get into the actual game, I just gave up on playing it on my old phone and I'm just sticking to Pc until I get a better phone...

I remember the newest survey asking about the Cloud thing and I was like... the what. Never been a fan of cloud streaming to begin with. If I already can't have a physical copy of something... (which, granted, would be nonsensical for Genshin)
The price is scammy and the free version queue is take forever, so if you think you can f2p to do dailies with it just forget it, but the free 15minutes a day can be accumulated, so if you have low-end phone and want to experience the best graphics once in a while this could be useful

In my opinion, I’ve been using it and it’s there solely for convenience. I have Genshin on PC, but sometimes I just don’t wanna be sitting at my desk or on my pc jz for the game. Going in to do my dailies, farms etc. and then dip, takes about 20-30 min, not a lot of money spent if you’re paying. Prob go for the 15 dollar option.

This is why I'm on console because cloud storage, even though it's on consoles too, is a primary target for mobile and PC gaming because of those exact reasons. People not having enough memory on their mobile devices/low end PCs and phones or having outdated mobile tech. Paying money to stream an entire game that's already free to begin with is a key figure in scamming players. Don't do it. Here's a solution to this whole thing for those who have outdated or poor mobile tech...get a job, save your money and buy the updated mobile device or Playstation to play Hoyo games.

This is my only way to play on my alt account. I mainly play on my main in America server, but I have to un-install past quests, and that prevents me to play on my Asia alt, cos that would re-install stuff back again. But now I can play on my Asia alt thru genshin cloud.
It’s pretty easy to just do my commission in less than 15 minutes, and with the new 200 resin limit allows for only having to log-in once a day and condense all resin, so I get to accumulate some playtime minutes.
Genshin Cloud queue at most only goes on for an hour. GeForce Now queue could sometimes go on for 12 hours or more…

You know this isnt a horrible idea if you just wanna log on and condense resin or pull. That 5 hours will last you years at that point.
Let's not forget that in general, cloud gaming will always be a bottleneck. Since it streams the image from another device to yours, and then streams your inputs to the device, there will always be extra input lag, no matter your connection speed or quality. And the fact that miHoYo started their own cloud for just one game shows that this is nothing more than a ripoff, one they implemented because they know they can get away with basically anything at this point.
