Glad they removed the pendulum safety. I contacted Mossberg about this when I saw this gun was reintroduced. They confirmed it. Great to see this video.

Mine had the tip down safety; was pretty easy to disable- was a small pendulum that you removed
@@ChiefLilly71 Because he made those himself. There might be an official version but the ones he used were custom made by him. It's a 22 LR blank shoved into a slug hollow point filled with gunpowder.

The lack of ejectors in this platform makes sense. Add Shortlane Adapters to fire a multitude of pistol caliber rounds. The "can't shoot down" thing was not a mistake and could easily be corrected by knocking a single pin out. I'm glad these are back in production.

I saw a video of someone who’s shotgun wouldn’t shoot if u put it straight up and down not on an angle the way u did. Idk if that matters that it wasn’t directly up and down then way u did it. I love the channel and your videos. Thank u for your content

Next will be the tactical cap and ball revolver! It's Cerakoted in matte black and has optics cut outs so of course it is tactical.
I have that, but the full-size version. I use it for clays so the ejectors aren't necessary.
They make a slightly higher end version with ejectors, kinda surprised they didn't use that one

I have the stoeger side by side tactical in 20 ga and it's a freaking riot to shoot it doesn't have ejectors either but when opened quickly it will kick the shells out.they also make an over under version that I'm just going to have to get my hands on just because they are so damn cool! Great video as always keep it up!!!

Stoeger has this 10 years ago, and it ejects empties.
You seemed to have adjusted well to the no ejector problem. "Spicey slugs" in a mini shell would be a good load for that shotgun!
Concur on the ejectors, I'd pay extra for ejectors. My 12 ga. SxS I use for hunting lacks ejectors, but even though its no big deal for hunting, I'd still like to have ejectors.
The slug shot on the paint can was impressive 👏
I had the 12 gauge silver reserve 28" barrel skeet version and it doesn't look any different besides the short barrel. I had 2 issues with my skeet version. 1. One barrels trigger mechanism broke along with the firing pin. 2. After many rounds through it during the day the receiver pivot mechanism would overheat and it would be difficult to close. This was from a gun I purchased over 10 years ago so I hope they resolved the issues. Otherwise I did like the gun and this tactical version looks awesome. I assume they didn't put an ejector on it because in a tactical situation the ejection of the shells can be heard. Similar to how the m1 garand makes a defined noise as it ejects its magazine.
The spicy slug pulled a David Copperfield with that ballistic head.

I looked. The barrel is blued and you can get a black synthetic stock. They have it in 20G too.
Great job with the yellow paint can against the slug. Very impressive. Just a little fyi. Over and under do not eject. Because you don't want to eject an unspent shell when you want to reload after only shooting one time.

The lack of ejectors actually can make sense. Sporting over-under normally have ejectors because you always shoot both rounds. With this you can do "tactical reloads". Also you can polish the chambers so you could shake out both. But on yours they are allready fall out.

Between shots in Skeet, Trap, 5 Stand and Sporting a lot of people rest the barrels on top of their shoes, in fact you can buy a leather pad that attach to the top of your shoes by using the shoe laces. So maybe not a mistake?

No ejectors would be could to use adapters so once ya break it open, the adapters don’t fly out.
