The beauty of wild open water swimming is that it's never the same twice. You can be challenged by the conditions one day and then rewarded with calm, flat water the next. It's this unpredictability that makes open water swimming so addictive - and it's also what can make it hard to find the motivation to get out there sometimes.
It showcases the beauty of wild open water swimming and will hopefully inspire you to get in the water and start swimming or to keep going if you are already a swimmer
Open water swimming can be an incredibly rewarding experience, but it can also be tough - especially when you're starting out. This video showcases some of the amazing benefits of open water swimming and will hopefully motivate you to stick with it, no matter how hard it gets at times!
You may be totally new to open water swimming and need the time and energy to get started or you may have tried it a couple of times and not continued. These tips will help with motivation and your energy store.
