This weeks video come from Ullswater in Cumbria. It will be a useful video for beginners as I talk about my experience of how long I stay in the water when #winter swimming and also keeping #warm beforehand and warming up after being in.
#Safety aspects are talked about in terms of increasing time in the water.
I also advise about a little treat for after the swim where the marvellous #Cranston’s butchers are mentioned.
Also, hot hands sachets get a mention once more.
