This is my hometown!! Can't believe you were in my town and I had no clue in all these video's!! Dang, bummer I didn't run into you guys would have loved to meet you guys and see the golden nugget. This would have been amazing. If he hasn't been there since the 60's a lot has probably changed. Are river's get pretty big and knock and move a lot of land, so it could look 100x different. In town there is a historic place that might help with some leads or maps. The guy that used plywood as a door on his gold claim vehicle. "you're gonna scratch it all up!" If that isn't a clear sign of how much he loves it, nothing is.
also, nature being nature, any landmark that would count would have to be made of stone, like a big rock, other features change pretty quickly sometimes.

it should be put in a plastic bag and vacuum the air out of it to preserve it
@@Dougtroutfisher.4046 I agree they need to use it and treat it like a truck not a museum piece.
Matt, id love to get out to utah and meet you. You're such a genuinely nice guy. Someone you didnt even know, and you got his dog some food, bought a painting from the guy to help him out, not many people like you anymore. Dont ever stop being a real person Matt.
You can tell what’s in a person heart by how they treat our elders. Matt treats Ed with amazing dignity and respect. You’re a true friend to him. Big chungus was a handsome boy! Loved him. Thank you Matt for caring about all earths creatures. You have a kind and compassionate heart.
This has got to be one of my favorite videos of all time. What an awesome group of people!
💯
The look on Eric's face when Matt said we have to hike up there - priceless..
Taking some notes on how to be more kind to people on my day to day from you Matt. This guy that you helped out and bought a painting from him will remember that for the rest of his life!
Cool video. Matt, I wish that you guys would do a new series - "The life of Ed". Seriously, it would be amazing to get stories and details of his life before he's gone. Could do interviews of him, on-site video of stories, etc. I know I'm not the only one that sees things about him that remind me of my Grandpa. Take care y'all.
Matt, you are a great man. The world and specifically utah, needs more people like you and your crew. Thank you.
What a fun field trip! Matt has the biggest heart to help Ed and the man with the dog ❤
The whole time watching the gulden nugget build I was afraid you made it into a show rig, too purdy to use. So cool to see her out in the woods again! I really enjoyed this episode, your a good man Matt. Keep up the great work.
Now it makes sense perhaps why Robby polished the GN before SEMA.
Matt, just out doing nice things for random people he's never met before. We should all try to be more like Matt.
Wouldn't this world be a better place for it. Hold that thought. Bushyboy Oz.
If there is ever a need I have and I get to pick the team to help me accomplish an impossible task, I would choose Matt, Eric and Tom faster than you could blink your eye!!! Another great video showing how awesome Matt and his entire crew are and how they treat other people along the way makes them fabulous human beings!!!!
I'm glad to see you all looking for the mine and then finding it. God bless you all.
One of the Top ten MORR episodes ever. Thanks for taking us all with you guys.
What a treat - Tom Tom AND Eric back with Matt! Still missing Trevor though! Thanks for taking us along with you on your EPIC search lol!
What happened to Trevor?
What's up with Trevor? Did he leave MORR?
@@ScandalProduction No idea - just miss seeing him as he hasn't been in the last few videos.
It's always fun to go on crazy adventures with good friends. Thanks for taking us along!
Tom Tom is the perfect fit for the channel!!!
Johnny Boy on the other hand..... his energy is just weird idk am I alone in thinking this?
Ed seems to be 15 years younger every time he is there.
Eric needs to be in more of these vids. He's a natural on camera.
On a different note, where's Trevor??
Been wondering that myself??
@@B4UClose And Skeeter!
@@jred7594 That's right, Skeeter also
Think Mentioned in a past video, they both moved on different things. Left on good terms tho
Man this is why morr is so popular! It covers such a wide range of awesome things people love!
I'm so glad that I found Matt's Off-road Recovery channel 🙌 ! Y'all am too get along like a huge family & hope with God's grace y'all find Ed's lost mine !
Hey Matt, I’m so glad Tom Tom is coming down to be with you guys and gals.
He is such a nice man , I really appreciate his intelligence and humility, whilst we’re on that , I’m also sooooper impressed with Lizzie, she’s such a darlin & developmentally exceptional, well done her and her big family. Suffice to say l just love the others , I miss seeing Rudi quite as much .
Thanks for doing something big for me guys.
Aussie Rob
And on this gold mine hunt, you were able to help out a fellow in need! Awesome! Ed lit up when he saw the Nugget! Great excursion, and looking forward to an update! Eric was a trooper, too! A lot of tough exercise playing mountain goat!
Plus a lot of other places you can get info from as this county is huge for gold since the 1800's. 4 wheeling is pretty big also!
You need to watch all the videos on the golden nugget! It was a amazing!! We also leave in grass valley and can’t wait to see the golden nugget drive around in town
@@kerrylee1871 I spent 20 years in GV/NC, and wish I was still there to see this. Luckily I got to the Golden Nugget on a trip through Utah I took in July though. It’s killer.
This is like watching a real life Tom Sawyer and Huck Finn adventure. What a great group of kind and generous people--a needed reminder in these days to love one another.
Most of those river canyons have a 1500 foot elevation change from the ridge to the river. If you are not in pretty good shape the climb out is torture. Thanks for being kind and supporting our local artists.
So excited to watch part 2 of this adventure. I hope Matt will bring along Paul and the rest of the gang and get lot's of gold!
Tom is a diamond, so it'll be great seeing more of him on the channel.
Thank you Matt for your sense of humanity. We are all in this together, it's wonderful to see it in action. :):)
Helping that man out by purchasing a painting, shows Matt’s heart. Fan for life!
I feel your pain looking for the mine. We looked off and on for a log cabin in thick woods for three year before it was found. Trees had fallen on it and it had 6 inches of moss on it. Well camouflage over the years. Be well, love your channel and the people that come with it. 🇨🇦
What a hoot! Love to see these lads having such a great adventure! Guess the bears thought that these guys would be too tough !
