You know what, for a GBC Game, Pokemon Card GB actually looks pretty clean. Especially with showing what is happening on the field. It's far better than DM3 / Dark Duel Stories in that aspect, it's pretty competent for showing it's TCG off.
Yeah, compared to the other early ones like D.T. and SMT Card Summoner, it's much clearer what's going on in this. Even some of the GBA TCGs like the American Duel Masters games aren't great with conveying the field state.
@@lost-worlds It's definitely surreal, as even though this game did a great job. I wonder why it never broke out of it's shell and got many more sequels. We did get the main simulator. But in terms of video games back then, it was just the 2 GBC games. It could have been even bigger, as video games with an atmosphere are just far more appealing to me.
Her deck is SUPPOSED to be a Big Eggsplosion deck, it's just a really, really bad one. She runs the entire Vileplume line for no reason (if you want to stall with a 3 mon line in this game Vileplume is way worse than Alakazam), only has 4/3/2 on the Bulbasaur line and 4/3 on the Exeggcute line, she has no Energy Search, no Energy Removal, 2 Oaks, 3 Bills, runs Potions for some reason, and to top it all off, the literal thing that makes Big Eggsplosion function at all is Double Colorless Energy, which she for some godforsaken reason runs precisely 0 copies of.
I've been uploading Build Divide videos quite literally every week and set 1's been in the wild for less than 24 hours, I don't know what you're expecting. You're not getting these videos instead of Build Divide videos, you're getting them instead of *nothing*.
