Legendary Dragonite technically exists IRL as a promo for this game, if I recall correctly. Honestly a shame since it's not only the worst of them, it's used by the person with possibly the worst deck in the game. (Also, Legendary Zapdos has a whole deck built around it in this game, as its side effect was choosing a random pokemon other than itself, which isn't so bad when it deals 70 damage and you have nothing else on the bench)
