may I ask why you use a pastry bag to put the batter into the pan?? why not just spoon it out ?? I understand why , if you're baking a large qty of these , but wonder why if just baking one or two in home kitchen.. thanks in advance , and thx for the videos 👍

I prefer to use it so it is easier and will look clean but of course you can use whatever you prefer 😊
