Hello from Derbyshire, UK - An American by birth, I now find it much easier to use metric measurements, esp. for baking where it matters! Just as an aside, we used to make something called a Sunshine Cake that was similar, only it was made in a baking sheet as a tray cake and instead of lemons, we used oranges. It was wonderful and I'll bet this is as well ;-)

Your amount of mixture seems more. I’ve never seen such big eggs. I used the the biggest I could buy (70gm each). Thank you for a great recipe🙏

Je l'ai préparé cet aprem c'est un vrai régal, par contre pour le glaçage j'ai mis 70g de sucre au lieu de 100 g que j'ai mélanger au jus de citron et c'était 👍.merci pour la recette
