Clementines are a very popular fruit, especially is in the colder winter months. They are an excellent source of nutrition and can help to boost the immune system, preventing common cold and flu symptoms. They also contain unique bioactive compounds that can promote our health a number of different ways. Now, lets discuss some of the amazing health benefits of consuming clementines regularly.
    1. First, as mentioned previously, clementines are a great source of many different types of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients that can promote the health of those individuals who consume them. Specifically, they are a great source of vitamin C, as well as potassium, thiamin, folate and vitamin B6. Clementines also contain some fibre and are loaded with antioxidant compounds.
    2. Clementines are also great for boosting the immune system and preventing unwanted illness and disease. This is often attributed to the excellent levels of vitamin C they contain, as well as phytonutrients and antioxidants. These compounds work to reduce and eliminate free radicals in the body, as well as certain infections, that can compromise and weaken the immune system.
    3. Eating clementines regularly can also help to improve overall digestion and promote the health of the digestive tract. Since they are a good source of dietary fibre, clementines can help to add bulk, slow down digestion and increase nutrient uptake from the healthy foods we eat. As well, due to the bioactive compounds and healthy nutrients such as potassium, they can help food pass through the digestive tract more efficiently.
    4. They can also help to promote heart health and reduce the risk of developing cardiovascular disease. Clementines are an excellent source of heart healthy potassium. This nutrient helps to regulate healthy blood pressure levels and reduce the risk of hypertension. Also, the high amounts of vitamin C and other potent antioxidants can help to reduce free radicals that can damage the cardiovascular system.
    5. Lastly, consuming clementines regularly can help to promote healthy skin and improve its appearance. It is packed with vitamin C, which plays a vital role of collagen production and maintaining healthy looking skin. As well, the great levels of vitamin C and antioxidants can help to reduce fine lines and wrinkles and other signs of aging while also reducing free radicals and oxidative stress.

@@mumford5111 First of all that’s absolutely ridiculous and childish and incredibly unintelligent of you to attribute most people’s motives rather conscious or subconscious as to believing in religion because of the afterlife. Everyone will always be afraid of death and anybody who claims otherwise is either delusional we’re so far from the idea of death they aren’t bothered by it, with the exception of an afterlife. Either way you are the only one making that argument and that’s the definition of a strawman argument. It’s not religious people’s fault you are too unintelligent to comprehend, the rational, philosophical, moral, historical and scientific purpose for believing in religion. So you may want to get it out of your pathetic arrogant condescending swag and I’m noxious head that if anyone disagrees with you on issues it’s due to being a coward or something else. I promise you, I swear on my life you are not the epitome of someone who is informed, objective or truth seeking. And for you to imply anyone who disagrees with you especially on religion must be dishonest cowardice are unintelligent ironically makes you all those things. It’s one thing to just not be convinced God exist but it’s an entirely other Thing to do what you and almost the entire ready of the atheist community does regularly. It’s quite frankly pathetic and people like you who make such uninformed one intelligent responses to people who believe in God and are typically incredibly kind compassionate and encouraging when doing so, people like you are 100% the reason I’m absolutely positive there’s a God because I have not still to this day Megan atheist who I don’t think is a disgusting and unintelligent person behaves like a narcissist

@@mumford5111 which is exactly why you will stay uninformed and your responses was against indicative of the hateful rude and only wins argument by being toxic to make who you’re conversing with angry atheist. Glad you acknowledge that you didn’t read counter arguments or criticisms. :)

@@mumford5111 claiming only a religious person would be triggered is a completely unfounded, delusional claim so it doesn’t surprise me you’re an atheist. I’m also not triggered. Length of a response and criticism to your bad narcissistic behavior and illogical strawman arguments doesn’t make someone else triggered lol still can’t believe you think it’s a flex or cool to not read someone’s response, especially when you’re very uninformed on the issues haha

@@mumford5111 do you think you are a good person who’s kind and generous, honest and reasonable in their thought? I really want to get into the mind of an atheist. You guys fascinate me genuinely. Doesn’t bring up how terrible religious people are. I’m talking about you specifically and just your thoughts about yourself.

@@mumford5111 ask yourself this, if you find more value than having conversations with people that disagree with you so either learn new ideas and find common ground or inform other people of why they may be wrong where do you find more value than trying to get under their skin and make them have a bad experience and upset them? Because if it’s the second one, there is no rationalizing that you are a good person. It doesn’t matter if you only treat people this way on the Internet either.
