Changing the timing belt or changing the timing belt on the Alfa Romeo engine

In this video from our workshop we show you how to change the timing belt on a two-litre engine from Alfa Romeo. First of all, a lot of fairings have to be removed, for example the valve cover. If we see the inside of the engine, we remove the tension pulley from the smooth belt.
At cylinder no. 1 we remove the spark plug and insert a special dial gauge to define the top dead center exactly, so that we can adjust the control time in advance. We also replace the double-jagged balance shaft belt, which is typical for the two-litre Alfa Romeo engine in these series. To fix the camshafts precisely, we use a CNC-milled special tool.
We also replace the tension pulley of the timing belt. Most of the time there are still tension pulleys in plastic construction, therefore we use a metal pulley, which is also much more durable. The tension pulley and the adjacent idler pulley must always be replaced.
Please note that the toothed belt also has running direction. This must be observed when changing the timing belt or installing the new timing belt! After installing the rollers and belts, the motor is finally turned by two complete revolutions to see whether the timing times are correct. When tightening later, a very special torque according to the workshop manual must be maintained correctly.

Habe auch einen 2.0 twin spark 156er die Werkstatt hat den Riemen gewechselt und ohne Uhr oder blockier Blöcke eingestellt. Auto läuft unrund ohne Ende. Könntest du mir dabei behilflich sein und die zündzeiten neu einstellen ?
