When I first started watching you it was like, March of 2023, you were starting to pick up steam and I thought it was really funny stuff. I was 200 pounds and on my first cut then. No it's not, 2L of diet soda isn't good for you, skinny or fat. Eating canned pre-cooked food isn't either. If you want to lose fat and gain muscle, eat less and workout more. Eat natural foods and not processed if possible. Definitely stay away from any soda!

ive started going to gym again in september after quitting 5 years ago and am recomping. i started lifting at home in may but it was less intense than gym sessions.
since may i've lost 30kgs and gained 1.5-2kg muscle mass. i was obese and am currently at 266 pounds, aiming at 242 and then finally 220.
my daily intake is usually ~1500-1600 calories with ~210g of protein. i dont count fat or carbs, but from a quick search just now, its about ~50g of carbs a day and ~13g of fat.

I’m on a calorie deficit now. Everybody is laughing because they think I eat “a lot”.
And my food looks not like a tiny portion of food, 600 grams of chicken breast and the rest of the food I eat during the day is low calories, non processed, no sugar stuff. Meat, vegetables, a little bit of oatmeal with low sugar fruits, and some eggs in the morning so I have fats and vitamins. I improved my diet and knowledge a lot and I can control my weight perfectly, of course I feel hungry but much better than on my last cut.
Get your fats from nuts, seeds and Avacado and you got a perfect.

In Sweden, a gym card costs about 500 dollars and it gives you access to several gyms within a region, with access about 20 hours out of 24 hours.

Salad recipe: grate cooked beetroot(4 medium sized pieces), chop 1 small onion and put in a strainer. Pour about 2l of hot water over it to soften and let it cool. Grate 2 medium, peeled carrots. 9:01 In that 30 min bike ride, how far did you go? also, what level of resistance do you ride the stationary bike at, if any? I personally do 6 miles in as fast as possible (current record is 18:28) while maintaining at least 80 rotations per min and if I find myself in the upper 80s I'll go up a level on resistance. Usually spin at level 11 with intervals of higher levels up to level 15 then go to level 8 for 5 min cooldown.

Our cuts are pretty similar. I started my diet 244 lbs, 1900 calories max a day, 40 mins cardio. I always get down to 228 lbs by day 40. Do it for at least 90 days. No juice or anything risky since I was born with heart condition.
How much below your maintenance cals are you going?
244 I’d say he maintenance would be 3kish maybe a little higher depending on other things ,
If you think about it Sam bulk on like 5k cals then cuts them in half pretty much , he stated that in past videos , but being enhanced you can cut calories pretty low and still maintain lean tissue vs being natty and losing a lot of muscle cutting to hard
If Sam's bulk is 5000-6000 cals a day then his cut is probably 4500-5500 so in turn this video is irrelevant and blended truth especially with tren and other anabolics working away in the background............ UA-cam videos are becoming a white lie that people are sucked into believing this is achievable. 2025 coming soon when unauthentic content will skyrocket and ultimately collapse in on it's self because people will not be able to know what is real and what is fake

I work long hours at a factory. Had a 16 hour day. I ate a large meal before and small meal before sleep. My igf hgh levels are higher when i sleep since i do not eat for 16 hours. My recovery and healing is much faster.
