As someone who’s deficit is fairly low because I’m not a huge woman, I have to really find it in me to stick to these deficits during cuts. But you always say the right things.

But It Is His Decision After All So I Can't just Say To Him You Should Compete. Sam, If You Ever Decide To Compete Well, Just Let Know You Would Dominate.
Hey Sam, question for you.. would you recommend dedicated sets for forearm work? Or let the grip strength from heavy sets be the workout for forearms? Love the videos! Awesome to see progress and dedication like yours
For forearms, you can definitely get some good grip strength from heavy sets, but if you're looking to really build up your forearms, dedicated exercises like wrist curls or reverse curls can help. If you're progressing well with your regular lifts, extra sets might not be necessary unless you want to focus more on forearm size.(THIS IS SAM BTW)
Meathead exercises? What do you mean by that? Sam built his body through mostly compound movements along with isolation movements as well. I mean Sam is known for doing many compound exercises like squat, barbell row, bench pressing etc. He's just toning it down a bit on the cut. Is your comment sarcasm? Or are you new to his channel?

Am I the only one who hates the seated hamstring curls?? I feel it’s more harder activating those muscles then say a stomach lay down leg curl.(my gym doesn’t have one)🙄
It works, but I do think it's harder to activate the hamstrings seated as opposed to the lying hamstring curl. Maybe start with lower weight on the seated one until you feel it in the hamstrings more. I do both lying and seated hamstring exercises on leg day.
I think seated has helped me grow a lot more. It definitely doesn't feel like you're activating your hammies very well at first. It could be a technique thing, I don't know you, or how you lift, but for me, I set the machine until I can have the pad in the crook of my ankle, I set my seat as far back as I need, then I lean forward (had a buddy put me onto this, it seems to help me get a better hamstring stretch) and curl the weight. Try and get your leg as close to a 90 degree angle as possible, if you can't quite get it, drop weight, and just hammer your legs until they feel gross (in a good way). I still have a harder time feeling the contraction, but again, seems like I have progressed more doing seated than lying. Hope you find this helpful, good luck man, keep it up!
Guys, I have a question if I do say three sets at 150 and then on the fourth set if I cannot continue getting 8 to 12 reps should I drop it to 125 and do a four set? I appreciate any help or advice from people.
sometimes its good to have varying rep range so you can have like 10 on the low end and 12 on the high end or depending on how far off from 12 reps you are then dropping the weight would be fine

It's funny because he actually looks considerably older than his age in the face. I showed him to like 5 random people and they all guessed he was a lot older than he was. That could just be genetic though, some people just look older in the face. Physically he looks great for his age. He's lean and has muscle mass with very little fat. I'm curious to how he can perform physically, because that tells you a lot about someones health. His cardio and strength levels, things like that. It's inspiring and interesting to see. I wonder if he'll actually live a long time or not. It definitely wouldn't be shocking if he died in his 70's or something. I would be surprised if he died any younger than that though. If he lived to his 90's or more then I'm sure that would get a lot more people trying these things, and by the time he's that age a lot more will be known about ageing too.
