It's because M and N both represent the Japanese kana ん, are both in the center of the alphabet, and because Zanza could just as easily been spelled Zamza per the above kana ambiguity. Zanza is literally Z+A+N or M+Z+A. So it's Z and Alpha and N and M over and over and over again. They're all components of what makes Zanza - the perpetual cycle of death and rebirth, destruction and recreation.
@@JurisBlade Let's be honest, that's probably what happened with one of Joran's lives. He got one, and immediately drives it over on himself, as unfortunate as that sounds. 9:30 There are a couple of ideas thrown around the web that Nia was chosen due to her being a flesh-eater. This would allow a ruler of Agnus to be on the same wavelength as they would most likely not outlive the other and then have to play catch-up with the replacement. Niall, or whoever replaced the Indoline leadership, is probably the least likely due to the other nation's representatives being able to claim that they will not submit to someone who is seen as their equal. Amalthus usually countered this argument by putting every country in a chokehold for resources. Nia, unlike Niall, is not aligned with any nation(maybe Leftheria?) and is very close to the Aegis and its wielder. Said wielder also being the owner of a renowned mercenary group. Good relations with three of the strongest nations in Alrest. She is surprisingly an excellent candidate if it is to represent all of Alrest. Her long lifespan, strong and influential allies, and good reputation put her in a very good position. The Aegis has all of these too but the last time someone gave an Aegis free reign to do as they please...did not end well.

I get the "appreciate it more with backfired nitpicking" but I have that for every game not just 3, the more I try to think about anything being off the more I realize just how well thought out every detail is Also my theory for Noah's parents is that he's the son of Emmy and Miller from og colony 9, because they had dark hair and it would just be funny for how meaningless it is
I'd be fine with Noah being Dunban's Son, and Lanz Vanea's, Leaving with Eunie and Taion being the only Ouroboros Pair not to be Related to Previous Characters. I just find that there's too many Parallels with Noah and Dunban from the Starting of the Game to the Sword they Wield, and Lanz with his Red Eyes which was very Uncommon for Machina in XC1 but these are just my thoughts on this, and I would like to hear yours? :)
19:15 yeah this is exactly my thoughts, I first I didn't like XB3's story as much as its gameplay because the villains characters felt like a step down from previous xeno games but over the past 2 years I like it more and more.
I did recently pick up gears and saga. I’m a little ways into gears. But then your recent Trails video got me itching to start that series. I just beat Sky FC. And then a new Zelda dropped. Also that Metaphor demo is pretty neat. And also Dragon Qu-
Yu could also say that the team that beat Alpha was a team of two people from the past before(Rex and Shulk), two people who were of the present before (Nikol and Glimmer) and two people yet to come in the original world(Matthew and Na'el). One who was before the beginning of the Xeno worlds and will likely be there till the end in A
This was a fantastic in depth look theorizing why Takahashi named the characters the way he did. Really cool to hear the biblical meanings of Matthew and Na'el.
There’s also a little small thing I notice with M and N. M revisiting morning, N representing night. Also thinks to Pokémon, gold, and silver, sun and moon crazy to me.
Na'el also could be also from the arabic word "نايل" which means the ones who will obtain(i mean it is the same word aforementioned but with the most open most understood and used meaning for the word) i believe it is the same arabic word and french word just French is just less vague and has less meaning as a result
They did slightly foreshadow Nia as the queen in XB2. There's a quiet moment in XB2 that has morag(?) stating that Nia would make a good queen/leader and Nia stating she would aspire to it. Which i think makes me feel they had the start of an idea during XB2 development, or at least had it as an option.
If I remember correctly, XB3 story had been already mostly conceptualized before XB2 was even tought of, little fun fact, but essentially while the characters were still only a concept, the general story of 3 was essentially done before any tough on 2 was even touched
Nia makes symbolic sense with cus silver represents purity in cus silver has antiseptic properties and Nia's story goes from being apart of that to existly while humanity out and kill the architect, Torna, a awful response to the trauma inflicted on Jin and her trauma from losing her spiritual dad and spiritual sister and her forced poshness could just her acting she believes she needs as a pure queen. Hell, as a lore explanation, she may have taken the job, even though if post game is cannon, she hates, cus she felt that as a way to make amends for Vandham death and well, having, revive Naill, and letting Jin stab Rex. Her driver outfit seen as yellow, a color associated with cowardice...... or gold.... high value or greed. For Melia, white is associated with purity and naivity.... the white and pink in xbc1 and basically xenoblade one story for could be seen as Melia loss of innocence........ to black, her DE outfit. In Nia's post game side quest.. it seems like she chatting with Mio on the snowy of the sword, she kinda feels like doesn't to be part of Mio's life for a moment, she probably feels quilty for hiding for so long. Melia expresses to a Kevesian soldier the simple the urge to trash an Agnian in his Queen's name isn't purely a Moebian thought.
I love how the Xenoblade community is with the 3 character’s heritage. Trying to justify who is who’s kid/parent Riki-Riku Emmy Leater-Noah Dunban-Ashera Rein & Sharla-Panacea Shulk & Fiora-Nikol & Crys Rex & Pyra-Glimmer Rex & Nia-Mio Rex & Mythra-Dirk (wish there was a Milton in XC3) Morag & Brigid-Sena A lot of people think Nimue as a Blade

OMG WHAT COULD THIS MEAN FOR THE CONNECTIONS WITH THE GAME ...... okay no fck this! I have gone 2 deep into this shit
(At around 10:10 ) There's a few threads within XC2 that suggest Nia may be of royal blood (by technicality). In Adenine's H2H, she discuses how one of the highest noble lines in Uraya, the Duchy of Envia, continually kept having heirs falling to a mysterious disease. The head of the Duchy ended up fleeing to Gormott, supposedly having a child with a Gormotti. Meanwhile, Nia states that her family was a father who was a lord in Gormott...and a sister with a terrible illness. If that lord is the Duchy's heir, that means Nia is the last living heir to the Duchy of Envia, the most powerful house in Uraya and she would have claim to the throne over the current queen. Now....why the heck the kingdom even still exists by that point is anyone's guess.
13:27 No, not Vanea's: Linada's kid. Linada is close friends with Sharla (doctor with gun). We have another "doctor with gun" in Aionios, right? Valdi is Linada's son too and was really close to aunt Sharla. Lanz was close to uncle Reyn, hence why they fulfill similar roles. *yes ik im reaching but wouldn't it be nice if the two most important Machina of Xeno3, who happen to get along really well, were brothers? Also as for who the father is, no clue lol
If I had a nickel for every time N and M were used, I'd probably have alot of nickles Which isn't alot, but it would be a bad day for the guy at the cash register.
A isn't outright called a moebius for obvious reasons but she fulfills the role of Moebius A, she is the antithesis of Z while still being a part of Ontos (A is Alvis, the human component of Ontos, Z is Origin, an artificial intelligence modelled upon Ontos' architecture), and she actually has the same objective as the other moebius, to keep the endless now going, she just happens to have a different endgame (A will keep the endless now going until Noah can end it properly, while the other moebius just want it to keep going indefinitely out of their fear of their own mortality), there's also a suspicious absence of anyone specifically referred to as MOEBIUS A, while A is called, well, A, a naming trend reserved exclusively for moebius.
I do have to say one thing, while I also don‘t want any of the keves trio to be related to anyone we know from XC1. I wouldn‘t fully extend it to the kevesi heroes, in fact, I would be a bit disappointed if literally not even one of the heroes is related to anyone from XC1, because then, the kevesi side starts feeling pretty disconnected from its own game.

My one big hipster thing is liking Xenoblade 3's story before it was cool.
I get the "appreciate it more with backfired nitpicking" but I have that for every game not just 3, the more I try to think about anything being off the more I realize just how well thought out every detail is
Also my theory for Noah's parents is that he's the son of Emmy and Miller from og colony 9, because they had dark hair and it would just be funny for how meaningless it is
I'd be fine with Noah being Dunban's Son, and Lanz Vanea's, Leaving with Eunie and Taion being the only Ouroboros Pair not to be Related to Previous Characters.
I just find that there's too many Parallels with Noah and Dunban from the Starting of the Game to the Sword they Wield, and Lanz with his Red Eyes which was very Uncommon for Machina in XC1 but these are just my thoughts on this, and I would like to hear yours? :)
19:15 yeah this is exactly my thoughts, I first I didn't like XB3's story as much as its gameplay because the villains characters felt like a step down from previous xeno games but over the past 2 years I like it more and more.
yaaaay new luxin video!!!! :D
I knew 3 really liked M and N but hearing about the potential layers they put into is such a Monolith touch.
this was probably a coincidence but na'els connection to ham specifically makes sense with his son being cursed by noah for something ham himself did
It's been a while. This truly was the greatest game ever made. It's time for me to play it again!
YES! Don't Worry finally getting the respect it deserves!
I did recently pick up gears and saga. I’m a little ways into gears. But then your recent Trails video got me itching to start that series. I just beat Sky FC. And then a new Zelda dropped. Also that Metaphor demo is pretty neat. And also Dragon Qu-
Building the future and keeping the past alive are one in the same thing.
I am in absolute awe. Have not seen this amount of intricate bullshit put into elements this subtle since the new Eva movies. I am living for this
Luxin what are you talking about
Yu could also say that the team that beat Alpha was a team of two people from the past before(Rex and Shulk), two people who were of the present before (Nikol and Glimmer) and two people yet to come in the original world(Matthew and Na'el).
The Xeno series has more layers than a bag of onions, or one Shrek.
Updoot for the algorithm. Enjoyable video.
Actually M and N is a reference to the famous American rapper Eminem
*OVER THE RAINBOW, GLORIOUS SIGHT!*
i lost it at 11:17 part, i cant man.... wahahaha i laughing like stupid in middle of office room at 7.45 pm lmao
On the note of the party’s families I always saw Noah as Vangarre’s grandson and just noticed that Eunie might be Zel Argentis’ daughter
Xenoblade Chronicles one of the best game series of all the time 😊
I think Noah may be related to that colonel with the mustache.
Luxin saying that the agnus crew didnt have 4th as close to them like Joran for Keves when Miyabi was closer to Sena and Mio more than Taion
The letters A, M, and N are so important to my life and gosh I love Xenoblade 3 even if it is so dumb sometimes.
If I remember correctly, XB3 story had been already mostly conceptualized before XB2 was even tought of, little fun fact, but essentially while the characters were still only a concept, the general story of 3 was essentially done before any tough on 2 was even touched
Monolith, Nintendo...if it weren't for them, we wouldn't even be here!
Dont worry about the future, its alright...
Takahashi can't keep getting away with this!
Xenoblade is the only game series that will make you intrested in reading the fucking bible
1:24 iirc alpha is also the beginning of the greek alphabet (alpha beta)
After finishing 3 for the first time I instantly thought about what if melia and nia were somehow m and n (it would make no sense but still a thought)
8:35 HOW TF I NEVER REALISED IT?!?😳😳😳😳😳
Can't wait for the inevitable Q video
New Luxin video lets go
3:30
If I could I would, but copies are pricey and emulation scary. If only Square would release it again...
I love how the Xenoblade community is with the 3 character’s heritage. Trying to justify who is who’s kid/parent
Riki-Riku
Emmy Leater-Noah
Dunban-Ashera
Rein & Sharla-Panacea
Shulk & Fiora-Nikol & Crys
Rex & Pyra-Glimmer
Rex & Nia-Mio
Rex & Mythra-Dirk (wish there was a Milton in XC3)
Morag & Brigid-Sena
A lot of people think Nimue as a Blade
me 2 years go: man luxin is really explaining things about xenoblade I had never even thought of and so many of them are so obvious man how could I have missed them!
me now: HOLY SHIT NIA AND MIO'S NAMES ARE NYAH AND MEOW!? OMG WHAT COULD THIS MEAN FOR THE CONNECTIONS WITH THE GAME ...... okay no fck this! I have gone 2 deep into this shit
love your vids bro
That it does. That it does.
Also niall and morag
If I had a nickel for every time N and M were used, I'd probably have alot of nickles
Which isn't alot, but it would be a bad day for the guy at the cash register.
Guys guys!!
(M)anz and (N)ena

I do have to say one thing, while I also don‘t want any of the keves trio to be related to anyone we know from XC1. I wouldn‘t fully extend it to the kevesi heroes, in fact, I would be a bit disappointed if literally not even one of the heroes is related to anyone from XC1, because then, the kevesi side starts feeling pretty disconnected from its own game.
