If we're dredging perfect works and gears for ghost lore, maybe they're like the gazel ministry and are an emulation of the ancient samarians. They need a reason to actually go to earth after all. One of the things the ministry hoped to do was transfer to human bodies that also possessed their ability to resonate with the anima relics. Samarians made humans, but maybe it was done out of a desire or need of a biological body. If the ghosts and ganglion are at war, wouldn't it make sense for the ganglion to destroy the ghosts' fleshy breeding grounds before they reclaim physical forms that are completely anathema to ganglion physiology? It would also be a dark parallel to the humans of x. Stuck in artificial bodies. Racing against time to reclaim a physical form before The ganglion wipe them out. It was the ghosts who shot down the white whale after all. They had a vested interest in hunting humanity. But they never tried to finish the job, they wanted them for something.👀

If....and this is a big IF, takahashi is trying to eventually connect X to the numbered series, there is so much background politics going on that we never get to know about. Samarrians have a sphere influence of 6 million light years. Are we outside of that sphere on mira? Did that include earth? Why would 2 factions fight directly above earth instead of literally anywhere else? why would BOTH factions agree to it? Why was elma the only one to help, out of her entire species? Or her possible connections. What I want out of XCX:DE is mostly QOL changes. Audio sliders so I can adjust how loud the music is (especially for cutscenes and those round-table mission briefings), an event theater to re-watch cutscenes whenever I want (especially if I want to get back up to speed on what's going on in the story after doing tons of side-quests) and maybe bring back some of the lost customization options while also bringing in new ones. I do remember a while back that the developers stated that X was meant to be the prologue to a much larger story, which would probably explain the lower level cap for this game. But if this was just the PROLOGUE, I can't imagine what Chapter 1 would be like, or even how many games the X series would be to get the full story!
@@OmegaX5000 It is said that Mr Takahashi has written more for Xenoblade X than for any other of his work before. Lots of that is probably placed into Sidequests I imagine since they contain a bunch of lore as well. But the main story itself seems to barely scratch the surface so we can be excited...
I think the story they're going to add to X will more or less hint at the Ghosts being the villain faction of X2. Though I do think we'll get more info on what Mira actually is. My guess is that Mira is the mainline Xenoblade's Earth in the far distant future and it underwent another experiment that turned it into something like another Aionios. Instead of it's being contained to just Earth though like Clause's experiment it's been consuming and integrating other planets into it which is why it has many different biomes and a lot of moons. That's also probably why the early concept art for it kind of made it look like a junkyard planet with a bunch of different planets merged into one. I also think the Samarians were the descendants of the mainline Xenoblade's people and they figured out a way to travel into different dimensions hence why they just appeared out of nowhere according to Luxaar. As for the Ghosts I think they're tainted Samarians and will probably be a lot like the Saviorite/Salvator faction. I would not be surprised if the "Great One" is Dimitri Yuriev as I don't think they would have named dropped him in Future Redeemed if he wasn't going to play a major role in a future Xenoblade game, it's not going to be Xenosaga's Dimitri Yuriev as he's from a different universe. They could also be making him important for Xenoblade 4, but I think they're going to be pushing for expanding upon the X series for a while, at least with an X2, before returning to the mainline series.
The cores of the ghosts in the intro cutscene could be antimatter - it may explain the size of the detonations, but idk if we have the numbers for the mass of the cores we see explode to verify. Still, as it's the cores exploding, it may make the explosions fundamentally different from what happens at torna, despite the similar appearance (arguably, since mythra's power is that of a high powered laser, it shouldn't even look the way it does to begin with). As for Mira appearing out of nowhere, I'd go with the assumption that it is canon. It checks out with everything else that seems to happen on and around it. Elma outright states that the planet does not appear on any star chart, and the planet itself seems to be an impossibility, or at the very least a mystery that _several_ highly intelligent characters are unable to solve. This gets even stranger with what happens during Professor B's side story, where he attempts to leave the planet the same way he arrived - via a spacetime-travelling car (he didn't specifically arrive in said car - he built it to replicate his original method of travel, but that's not relevant here) - only to instead get shunted to the other side of the landmass, implying that something is preventing things from _leaving_ the planet, despite the planet seeming to be attracting things to it. Mira being a simulation seems plausible, but it would still raise even more questions regarding its nature. Another thing I find puzzling regarding Mira has nothing to do with Mira itself, but the multiple planets seen in the sky. The arrangement of planets we see in the sky should not be physically possible, as they should rip each other apart with their gravitational tidal forces. However, they all seem to occupy a relatively small space (small on a stellar scale, anyway) with no visible problems. My hypothesis is that whatever phenomena seem to be causing the mysteries on Mira is not actually part of Mira itself, but it instead _contains_ Mira within the area it affects. Perhaps the space around Mira sort of... loops back in on itself, and thus why Professor B couldn't leave via time travel? Unfortunately, that still doesn't provide any meaningful elucidation regarding the mysteries the game sets up. Ganglion doesn't refer to several species; it is the name of a criminal syndicate, of which Luxaar is the leader. It is comprised of races from the Samaar Federation, but is not itself a part of the federation on account of being a crime syndicate. Given that their primary goal - as far as we know from X - is the elimination of humanity, and that they were the ones fighting the ghosts in the intro cutscene, it calls into question the assumption that the ghosts are antagonists. It could still be possible, but that simply raises the question of why were the ganglion fighting another enemy of humanity? My wishes for the definitive edition? Only a few: a change to endgame gearing to mitigate or remove the rng nature of stats on gear (ideally letting me craft gear with the stats I want), and that it does not attempt to connect itself to the main series in any way at all, even something tiny. I have zero confidence I'll get either wish, but a girl can dream.
The Saamar Federation could be remnants of the galaxy Federation, but billions of years in the future. It is possible that they made the ghost species as weapons , but they went rogue and started thinking for themselves. I think the ghost wanted to like you said, absorb human souls , and turned them into themselves.(humans) They don’t wanna destroy humanity they want to become humanity to destroy Saamar federation were mistreated as weapons, but that mostly a theory. Pretty much using the human DNA to wipe out the other Xenos in Saamar Federation.
Now there’s another theory: that the events of Xenoblade 1-3 that when Klaus activated the conduit, it made the Earth disappear for 4000 years in a pocket dimension. There’s a theory there’s a Multiverse inside of the pocket universe. My theory is there a total of four earths (Xenoblade 1-3) and New:Xenoblade/Saga 4 Pretty much became Mira 4 1/2 billion years in the future. And then it absorbed earth 2.0 Pretty much the giant ship that looks like Genesis , and is controlled by the ghost are pretty remnant of Mobius, and I think they’re trying to either collect a DNA of humanity or absorb humanity. And use their bodies like batteries like they did Xenoblade 3.
Now the radio broadcast, Hints , and cameos , also the original plan that the creator of the series was to have each game at separate time. But he’s already done . It’s indicate that all the games are in the same universe. With Xenoblade 1-3 being in a pocket dimension. This is just a timeline I made : Xenoblade 1-3(2000s-4000s) Xeno Saga 1-3 (4000s-10,000s) Xeno Gears(4000s -10,000) and the start of the cut scene, the ship is destroyed by a monster/angel. What happens exactly the same time as Xeno saga 1 the same date and everything. Xenoblade X (4 1/2 billion years in the future) the main reason I say it’s 4 1/2 billion because the game tells you that, but It was talking about earth 2.0, that was destroyed or absorbed by Mira which is the original Earth. Because in the 4000s , earth disappeared for 4000 years, and the rest of humanity created the galaxy Federation, colonizing 500,000 planets and half of them were destroyed Xeno Saga 1-3 when the remaining humans renamed the colonized planet earth, and the rest of the humans evolving to Xenos billions of years in the future.
My theory is Dark matter or black Arkfius ,Mecha of Malos that was destroyed by Mytha may have survived billions of years in the future. And appeared on Mira by warping through space and time similar to anything like the black fog . And you actually might be right about Mira it might be similar to what happened in Xenoblade 3. But my theory is it absorbed earth 2.0 and other worlds or earth .
Xenoblade X is Cannon because the radio broadcast confirmed it with the coalition government, and it’s not the same one that is using the same name billions of years in the future.
Tbf i think its too soon to say x is canon, the radio scene also had connections to xenosaga, and xenosaga adn x have mutually exclusive factors, (such as the existence of aliens)
@veetijaakkola1200 for the record is not too soon because as I said before the radio broadcast already confirmed this cuz it mentioned the coalition government which is connected to X the radio broadcast already confirmed this already so it's not too soon the game creators already planned this out from the very beginning the radio broadcast was meant to connect all the games. Also the aliens or Xenos are descendants of humanity billions of years in the future the ganglion mentioned the great one who is the Architect From Xenoblade 2 that was worshiped even in the future, and the other aliens like "Saamar Federation are descendants "of the" Galaxy Federation" from xenosaga who colonized 500,000 planets and half of them were destroyed in Xeno saga 3. so all the aliens are descendants of humans and as I said billions of years in the future because X the game literally tells you four and a half billion years the narrator meant that literally and the Earth 2.0 that was destroyed it's just another colonized planet and was renamed Earth. For the record the game creator gave hints and cameos in all the games on purpose which has been done in other games. Because I actually did more research on the game creator he planned this out from the very beginning all the way back in xenogears, and other fans have been doing research and he found out that he actually made a book about his plan to connect all the games in the same universe at different time periods which is already done. he wanted to create six main games. But he added more games to his plan. I'm going to say this again the radio broadcast confirms🤔🤔🤔🤔 this that's the main point of the broadcast to connect all the games.
@@veetijaakkola1200Also, God/U-DO and Gnosis, the aliens animals on planet in Xeno Gears are technically aliens. And the Hints I’m talking about are: legends of Heropon was Rikki, a toy version of the Monto , the continents of the remains of the Titans, Bionis and the Mechonis(all the giant mechanical parts all over the place, the Mechas which are Artifics from Xenoblade 2. Tatsu saying Hom Hom. The ganglion are originally from Mira and talk about the great one who is the architect, meaning their descendants of humans from earth. Rathian(cat aliens) who might be descendants Gormatt (cat people) in XB2. And the other aliens armored humanoid alien, could be descendants Mor Ardan who are human. Also , I know the game, Creator and the other developers, used aspects from the older games to expand on the story and did this on purpose. And this has been done in other game series (Zelda, Final Fantasy, the trail series, MegaMan, and MegaMan X, and other games.) The thing about a game series is, the writers use aspects of both the old games and the newer ones can combine them into a new story that’s why there are some contradiction sometimes.
we might get new info in the story added to xenoblade X de considering the other story addons (torna future connected and future redeemed) added a heap of new things it might be safe to assume we might get a spotlight on ghosts or the black knight
I just want better multiplayer since you can't improve the narrative that much with a bonus scenario. And more mechs to. What I really want is xenogears remade with Xenoblade Chronicles X graphics and gameplay but keeping the writing and music, and bringing back the previous artist for the series.
I wouldnt put my hopes up in regards to any of this. The moment monolith made the incredibly stupid decision to try and convince me that the civilization of xenoblade 1 and 2 were able to, in very few years, create something so advanced like Origin by themselves, the worldbuilding fell completely apart. Things are just done so the plot can move forward, or for fanservice to happen(Shulk and Rex appearing in FR for no good reason), without a care in whether or not it makes sense, or even is the correct choice overall.
Origin was made thanks to Alvis' "last gift", with his core as some sort of "blueprint". Also both civilizations are really advanced (teleportation, DNA manipulation, etc..) and have advanced ressources (ether, Core Crystal, Mechonis and Beanstalk's metal,..) so all they need is instruction. You can discard the explanation but it exists.
i don’t think the ghosts will be used that much, ppl been theorizing about the rift and fog and alvis/melia and all the other stuff before 3/fr came out and those barely got any explanation, i rly think they wanna keep stuff as vague as possible to keep ppl interested in the lore and come back for the dlc or next installment. sry if i‘m too cynical but i‘ve been burned with ‚how did melia become evil?‘ and ‚why are shulk and rex teaming up with z?‘ just for the answer to be lame or not ever brought up, so i dunno xeno lore been pretty disappointing to me personally, i wouldn’t expect x to be any better.
Melia isn't evil. That is explained when you play 3 what is really going on. Especially shulk and Rex teaming up with Z is explained in Future Redeemed. Either you've never played the games, or your attention span is no better than a fish. Everything gets explained
yes, melia isn’t evil, so why did they portray her as this queen that lets her people fight to the death for hundreds of years against nias army? I said I find it lame, bc robot Melia is probably the worst plottwist I‘ve ever seen in a vide game. Z is way more evil than Zanza or Malos/Amalthus and Shulk/Rex still teamed up with him, they knew what world he created and instead of stopping him too, they teamed up with him, that’s just ass characterization. I shouldn’t have said that it doesn’t get explained, it’s more that I don‘t like Xenoblade lore and therefore don’t trust them to make good X lore too.
@@tugaygunes4816 it is explained, maybe not directly in our faces but still. Moebius used Melia and Nia's status as a tool in their endless war/indoctrination project. They need two factions fighting in an endless war and they just happen to have two factions, Alrest and Bionis, with major figure leading them. They just made a copy of this factions, Keves and Agnus, and of their Queens with two robots (of Melia the Empress of "Bionis" and whatever status Nia got with the construction of Origin). They could have got Consuls leading them, as they do for the colonies, but Moebius is interested in staging (Z is at the theater). Probably it even helps them to control people with their subconscious by exploiting prior known figures (ok here it's a conjecture based on meta-analysis, souls/prior memories is a recurring theme). Bonus point when they capture Melia and could torment her by connecting her to her robot (surely it amuses Z). Shulk and Rex have made a temporary truce with Z. Prior to Future Redeemed they, as the Liberators, fought against Z (and at least lost once, with Melia being captured and Nia forced to hide to prevent Moebius from taking total control over Origin). And after while they can't personally (since they're with A), their protégées with their group continued to fight (and became the Lost Numbers of the second City). It's just that Alpha was a greater and more imminent threat (Alpha even managed to beat both Shulk/Rex and Z the first time, showing a single side could do nothing and they not even beat him at full strength since he was separate from A).

And this has been done in other game series (Zelda, Final Fantasy, the trail series, MegaMan, and MegaMan X, and other games.)
The thing about a game series is, the writers use aspects of both the old games and the newer ones can combine them into a new story that’s why there are some contradiction sometimes.
I hope they reveal what the J bodies are. Elenora knows a lot more than she lets on.
we might get new info in the story added to xenoblade X de
considering the other story addons (torna future connected and future redeemed) added a heap of new things it might be safe to assume we might get a spotlight on ghosts or the black knight
I got goosebumps at the side by side comparison to Lao and Shania. What were they cooking!
What's the song at 15:25?
Omen from Xenogears
I put all the tracks with origin in the description
Eh, watch them just be Gnosis. Oh Takahashi.
>_>
I just want better multiplayer since you can't improve the narrative that much with a bonus scenario. And more mechs to.
What I really want is xenogears remade with Xenoblade Chronicles X graphics and gameplay but keeping the writing and music, and bringing back the previous artist for the series.
Gnosis
No it is canon 100 percent confirm keep copeing
I love the video but omg the X in Xeno is pronounced like Z 🗿
Xenoblade 3 was a game with a lot of good moments that completely falls apart once you look at it from a distance.
i don’t think the ghosts will be used that much, ppl been theorizing about the rift and fog and alvis/melia and all the other stuff before 3/fr came out and those barely got any explanation, i rly think they wanna keep stuff as vague as possible to keep ppl interested in the lore and come back for the dlc or next installment. sry if i‘m too cynical but i‘ve been burned with ‚how did melia become evil?‘ and ‚why are shulk and rex teaming up with z?‘ just for the answer to be lame or not ever brought up, so i dunno xeno lore been pretty disappointing to me personally, i wouldn’t expect x to be any better.
Melia isn't evil. That is explained when you play 3 what is really going on. Especially shulk and Rex teaming up with Z is explained in Future Redeemed. Either you've never played the games, or your attention span is no better than a fish. Everything gets explained
Sounds like you should play Xenoblade 3
yes, melia isn’t evil, so why did they portray her as this queen that lets her people fight to the death for hundreds of years against nias army?
@evanpereira3555 thx for the extensive explanation :)
