This won't work in 30 days but the exercises are high quality and I think it will work faster than most other routines
Nobody can do planche in 30 days and anyone telling you otherwise isnt worth listening to. This guy is doing the video after already being able to do the planche and theres simply no way he or anyone else achieved it in 30 days. It is impossible to develop the underlying muscles needed that quickly, the body cant grow them that fast and you wont have them until you start training planche. By this i mean all the smaller muscles and connectors, which before planche are very small and very weak.

Since i've train only basic workout for 2 years, i can now do the straddle planche for only 2 weeks. I also unlock the full front lever in just 20+ days of training
It's because of your hardwork , genetics , and crazy core strength you have.
If my legs were as thin as that I would have had planche months ago 😂 good form tho!

I try to improve my advance tuck ..
I use exercice like tuck push UP, Lsit to advance tuck but when I see your video I realize that I don't have enough volume in each workout ... I use a lot of strenght in each exercice
I'm going to try your routine but do you think I need to begin my workout with my actual progresion (8" advance tuck x4) at the begining or not ?

May be one athlete can learn it in 30 days but I've been training planche for over 4 years now...I don't know anybody that achieve it in 30 days
@@alexiswilliams4324 I checked your video and it seems like you train the planche the wrong way. I think you are actually strong enough for the planche (even stronger than me imo). Just check vids about the position of the scapula and everything else. I am kinda stuck at adv tuck and straddle rn.

me 13 and can do 68 pushups with 12 chin ups and 10 pullups

I can also do 35 push ups but only 8 pull ups breh

In 4 months I got straddle planche
very good video, explains movement and errors. This training should be done every day or alternating with how often.

Day 1: ngl I got tired on the first set
Day 2: my shoulder muscles a very sore, feeling a good amount of fear from now on
Day 3: Mb guys I fell asleep for a while but imma try again to do as much as I can. And I got 30 shrugs this time!
Day 4: this technically happened yesterday but I'm struggling less which is nice
Day 5: it was good
Day 6: I'm tired. Tired.
Day 7: I think I had a headache yesterday, now I'm ok
Day 8: yk, something that keeps me motivated is seeing myself after my set, and seeing how much better I look.
Day 9: Merry Christmas everyone!
Day 10 - 13: I've been doing it every other day with small improvements each time, I might update this when something else happens
Day 14 - 18: Not exactly a planche, but I can hold it with my knees bent for 5 seconds, which is nice
Day 19 - 23: All the exercises make sense as to how to progress now, the first set is for strength, the second for stability, the last set for recording how far you have progressed etc.
Day 24 - 30: Well, eventually I knew I was gonna come to this point. Did I get a planche? No. But that's okay, throughout this whole thing I have been getting just a bit better. And I'm definitely adding some of these exercises to my workouts in the future.
Lastly, I think I will upload a video to show how close (or far lmao) I got to a planche

i use resistance bands and decrease resistance force on one foot everytime and soon will be at the weakest band and that will be the moment ill be able to planche im already 3/4 there. i can hold planche with my arms not fully extended for 2 seconds.
That would be my question. We mix the exercises together ?
they're not so many, so yes, i think you can do them toghether or split them in your different routines

Но ведь тут же нету упражнений для закачки поясницы и низа спины чтобы поднять тело из наката того же, или из группировки (закрытого) И выходит что это тренировка плечевого пояса, для улучшение техники закрытого, либо кто уже умеет ноги врозь для улучшение опять же плечевого чтобы лучше чувствовать уопр, но не как глобально время удержания
Сильная поясница не нужна, главное чтобы не был слабым нормальным таким. Там месяц тренировок думаю хватит
