Model of plane Horten Ho 229 by Zoukei Mura in 1/32 scale I've build a few years ago. Because the wingspan its quite a big model, soo I decided to present this model disassembled in the hangar. I´ve have used little of patinate because its in process of production. Model Ho 229 by Zoukei Mura is a very detailed model and while I was building him I didn't use any commercial accessories for upgrading details. In the video I will try to show you how to work with decals imitation of plywood by HGW models and try to imitate the look of the wood surface on model. Diorama would not be diorama without figures and obviously own hangar. In the video you can see some pictures of building and part of constructing of the hangar.
The aircraft looks great on its own, but with the hangar as well - wow. Great attention to detail and it really captures the late WW2 feeling.

I built this model years ago, when I only presented my models in magazines. Back then, I didn't film the models yet, I only took pictures.

Fantastic build!!! In your video, it shows the assembled unpainted engines and then the finished engines. Did you paint them after assembling them and if so, how did you do that?

Design and development probably would've gone a lot smoother if it had reasonably sized landing gear.
A beautiful work of art.The wood effect decals look incredible.Are the workshop machine tools and furniture bought items or did you scratch build them?.
The stand drill is by Plusmodel, the compressor by Italeri is modified. The rest is handmade.

Hi, I bought the kit. How did you paint the frames? Especially the ribs where the wooden parts attach to the tube frame? Airbrush? Rattled can? Hand brush?
I airbrushed tube frames first with RLM 02, and then I painted wooden parts with brush and created wooden oil paint.
