My intact male chihuahua had cysteine stones years ago and he’s a SUPER picky eater so I’m always tying to learn about what I can do to help him…thank you dr Judy you are a God send.
Great informative helpful well explained video on healthy fresh food for dogs thanks judy❤ I've always used fresh food diet for my dogs for many many years 40+ no visit to the vets anything!😘🇬🇧
I had been feeding your Pup Loaf for the last 2 1/2 years until my little girl died a month ago. She was almost 15 and did so well on homemade food. Would definitely feed a homemade diet again to any dog. I started my research when my dog was diagnosed with Pancreatitis. Big game changer! She never had problems with it again. I loved that little girl!
Dr.Judy, may I ask what brand name is your food grinder machine? It’s a beauty ❤Thank You it’s a breath of FRESH FOOD😂 for all you are sharing. I have been caring for my pets nutritionally and organically for many years now & it truly brings me such pleasure & they know the difference. BLESS YOU ALL ⭐️🕊️🤍🌬️🙏🏻🐾
Hi, I’m new to this channel, my female maltipoo has history of bladder oxalate stones. Would this be a good recipe for her? I'll really appreciate any advice. Thanks.
Thank you for the recipe My yorkie is prone to Pancreatitis and has stage 1 kidney disease. Can i gently cook this recipe? Currently gently cooking a water buffalo recipe based on your pup loaf
Veery grateful to find this channel-it's really awesome !!!💜💜💜 Are both flat and curly parsley ok for dogs? & can I safely use fresh parsley (in both raw and cooked versions of meal)?
I have a 12 year old Border Collie Mix, she's prone to Urinary tract infections and gi issues, recently diagnosed diabetic and is now on insulin, I am cooking for her, shredded chicken or turkey, bone broth, vegetables like carrot , green beans, , green apples, cucumbers, occasional plain greek yogurt and or cottage cheese, and 1 boiled egg per day, can you make any suggestions or point me in the right direction with her diet? Thankyou and I am really enjoying your videos:)
oh and if you want to learn more about raw feeding then go check out paws of prey on youtube, shes a certified animal nutritionist and her raw feeding videos are really informative and helpful :) (i can't see my previous reply, I hope it's there, if not then let me know, i'll add it again)
She has a video that explains each constitution, issued 4 weeks ago "Unleash the potential of your pet's diet," plus I see she updated the "Constitutions Explained" video 4 days ago.
My Dog Stewie is almost 18 with kidney issues..Would the water diet be helpful? is it Low phosphorus? He is actually doing quite well on a Renelix supplement and my perfect pet low phosphorus food..I also add in some green tripe..Thank you
How do you know how much to feed each of your dogs. For example, I have an elder girl Golden Retriever who I have on a weight maintenance diet as she’s slowed right down in her activities, and she needs to keep her weight down for her hips . I also have a very fast growing 6 month old Cane Corso who is already 82+ lbs and growing daily fast. His expected weight will be somewhere around 125 lbs. , so he needs a totally different amount (for now), but once he is 12 months, I’m guessing that amount may drop slightly. Is their a guide line to follow?
I have switched my 7 year old pitbull from kibble to raw about 2 weeks ago. I have fed her the pup loaf and the stew. It seems like she has acid reflux. She licks and regurgitates a couple of times. No appetite loss. Does this sound like acid reflux to you? Does she need a different meal?
May be worth looking into food allergies. Some pets can handle certain proteins better than others. Try starting with a certain type of protein (chicken or turkey or beef) and see how her stomach can handle each one. We have a fantastic allergy test that is helpful for figuring out both food and environmental allergies: drjudymorgan.com/products/allergy-panel-test-kit?_pos=4&_sid=93a40059e&_ss=r
Try Badlands Ranch by the actress dog-rescuer lady (Heigle, I think...). Uses no chemicals, preservatives, by-products, or crap. Small, light, dry ziplock bags. Not cheap at all, but my old pitty is better with it than without!
Can anyone of the Vets out there that promote all these amazing healthy diets for healthy pets can please promote diets for pets with medical conditions. My mini-pin has been diagnosed with calcium oxalate crystals because of prescription diet she was eating and never needed I cannot believe that Hills, Purina and Royal are the only companies on this planet that advertise helping with medical conditions when they are in fact the cause of the medical conditions Can a honest, caring Vet (Dr. Judy Morgan, Dr. Jones, Dr. Dobias and/or The Dog Nutrionist) formulate healthier and real ingredients for pets that have medical conditions. Please.
I would loved to find a diet particular for bladder stones oxalate crystals in Poodles, I wasn’t aware that so many animals suffer from it until I had my Poodle, it’s been a a stressful situation for my little one as well as for me, yes there are many different foods available but I guess there is not enough research,as their bodies still produce crystals. Right now I am adding 1 tsp honey 1 tsp apple cider vinegar and 2 tablespoons of green tea to his food I also add water to the his urinary tract for bladder stone food, this put his system into an alceline state , after 10 days another ultra sound wollten me if I am the best pet mommy I can be.
Hello Dr. Morgan, I got a 8 week old puppy two months ago, and had a hard time feeding him for the past two months. He did not like to eat the dried kibble. I saw your video about the dried dog food killing our pets. So I decided to switch him to a raw food diet last week and he loves it. But now he develop a reddish skin rash under his armpits and chest area and he's very itchy, is it because of the raw food? Should I gently cook the food instead, will that help? Can he be allergic to an ingredient like beef, chicken or egg? Or could it be an environmental allergies I just started walking him outside after his last vaccine. He like to lay in the tall grass/plants etc. Please help I do not what start kibble again.
It could be an allergy or depending on when and how many vaccines where give, could be that too. Here are two things you could try: drjudymorgan.com/products/allergy-panel-test-kit?_pos=5&_sid=39577fd99&_ss=r drjudymorgan.com/products/adored-beast-apothecary-anti-vaccinosis?_pos=1&_sid=ccf3a66b1&_ss=r I highly recommend every pet parent doing an allergy test! It is worth to cost in the long run to be able to avoid foods that may be causing allergic reactions. This test will cover food and environmental allergies and help you to know your pet better so they can live the healthiest life. The Rebalancer is helpful for removal of associated vaccine side effects without removing any vaccine benefits. Worth using after every time a vaccine is given.
I looked it up recently and the stats in the article I read said only 15% are allergic to chicken. Often it's the chicken meal in kibble, from what I have read elsewhere, not always the chicken itself. Personally, I think the nonorganic corn fed to regular chickens could be part of the problem, because often the corn fields are treated with herbicides. That's why I don't eat chicken unless it's organic.

There is one question I have about rice. I just don't feel comfortable with it. I might be wrong. Any advice?
you are correct :) rice is inflammatory and digests into sugar, so it's not good for them. dogs and cats have no need for carbs
Does anyone know if I can use Beef Liver instead of Pork Liver?
Thank you for this video! Which one do you recommend for pancreatitis, acid reflux, GI issues?

How can I get a hold of you, is urgent, my dog is in bad shape with anemia, heart murmur, his liver enzymes, are high, and he is not eating
I feed my Yorkie Viva Raw and he’s thriving. IS THERE A DECENT KIBBLE FOR WHEN WE TRAVEL WITH HIM?
Try Badlands Ranch by the actress dog-rescuer lady. No chemicals, pesticides, or preservatives. Not cheap, but my old boy is better with it.

Could we have more for cats?
I second that! 😻😻😻😻
What changes would I make if wanting to cook this? Example: skin on chicken.
As long as there is no ground bone, you can gently cook.
If you feed raw to your pets, would you have to deworm every month? Still learning
No

Isn't chicken high on the list of allergens for dogs?
Some dogs maybe🤔like I've had 4 dogs over 40 years never had problems with chicken.
You could use turkey instead, i believe.

Is all the food raw, not cooked?
yes all raw
My dog is 17 with kidney failure and bladder stone😢 idk wat to feed him
What is the serving size for this recipe?
This recipe is approx. 1467 calories total. So you just have to weigh it after you make it and figure out how many calories your dog needs.
My name is Cash, my mommy she feeds me vegetarian diet.
Do you have cat food recipes
Yes! Look at our Recipes playlist.
Can ANY dog eat this or only dogs who have kidney issues?
This is a balanced diet that any dog can eat! It just helps support the kidney and bladder in general.
@@DrJudyMorgan thank you so much for responding!
Eww! $540 a month for my two. Yeah, guess not going this route.
they are your babies, don't have pets if you can't afford to feed them good food. kibbles are toxic
