Great video! How would a UK LLM Corporate Governance GradCG compare to the different CGI levels, and is it an equivalent/alternative route for someone with a law degree?
Hello Ryan! Thank you for your video, it has sparked an interest for the company secretary within me. I was wondering if you could walk me through the steps it would take me to become a fully qualified company secretary, I'm a part-qualified ACCA (en route to complete it) who wishes to take up secretarial roles in a company
Greetings, I am a semi qualified company secretary in India and I have master’s in Law and Business Management. Can I please be guided if I have to give all the papers to become a qualified chartered secretary or will I be exempted from any level of examination. Thank you much in advance.
Is it possible for company secretaries qualified from India to find job in the uk, can u please make a video on that?
Yes from MoU of ICSI
Yup please do
As far as I know even if one is a qualified company secretary in India (ACS/PCS) holding a membership of 2years or more can be exempted from writing 14/17 papers in the UK. You still have to write 3 papers to qualify as a chartered secretary in the UK. This exemption is based on the MOU between ICSA and ICSI as per the guidelines mentioned by ICSI.
What after clearing all the Level how to do training I haven't understood 🥲

Can a Indian student come and study for cs in uk
