That would be great. I thought it was interesting that the scene started with R's head being cradled on Alicent's lap and Alicent always getting her back on task. In one swoop R lost her mother and her nurturing friend. So all she felt after was suffered in silence.
I'm gonna go ahead and just say it is unlikely. Maybe if episode 6 is before things get crazy its possible.

in all seriousness the first sentence is one example that would make sense in regular conversation.
