It's funny, Matt kind of picks up the accents of those around him. He was especially "slangy" in this interview compared to the other interviews I've seen him in over the years. I can tell it was being around Paddy.
I thought the same thing! He said “me shirt” at one point and I was like “hmm, that’s not usually something I hear him say” I’m the same though, I go with other people’s accents.
Yea i noticed that too. He speaks with more of an RP accent when he’s with Milly, i assume it’s so she can understand him easier, whereas with Paddy he uses a less formal, maybe more natural accent as theyre both from similar socioeconomic backgrounds in the UK.

Its not their accent but the dialect. They are Englishman from England.. and they speak in the "original" English dialect.

American here, that jelly and peanut butter combo and a jar called goober is not something Americans normally eat. It's very hard to find that item on a shelf even in the biggest stores and in the stores that you can find them in, there's only one little area for them on a shelf and they're usually covered in dust.

Paddy Considine deserves an Emmy for his performance. His work in episode 8 is the single greatest acting performance from either GoT or HotD. I think he'll be for sure nominated, but he deserves to win. Though it'll be hard to win Best Actor in a Drama Series as long as Jeremy Strong is absolutely crushing it in Succession.

It’s Matty and Paddy together again! The casting directors really hit this on the noggin when getting these two bc they have the absolute best chemistry. Paddy Considine is a fabulous actor. For anyone interested in seeing more of his work I'd really recommend Dead Man's Shoes, he gives a phenomenal performance. Very dark film though!
