I never raced my 914 but remember how incredibly fun they are to drive; even on the street.
Had a '76 2.0 and a '71 1.7 that were bone stock but still really fun.

I agree! Daily-drove a different mostly stock '73 for several years years ago, and it was fun, reliable and even got good gas mileage.
