The bones in the sardines provide a better source of calcium
Sardines with lime or lemon juice, red/ purple onion, tomato, pimento peppers, hot pepper or pepper sauce and drizzle with some olive or cold compressed coconut oil. Leave to marinade for about 15 minutes.
Eat with fry bake or crix

YESSSSS!!!! Ah love how Fonrose heat it up with the extra pepper. As ah southman, Mama( granny) use to clean it and debone the sardines n fix it up. The Saturday breakfast used to be sardine and ah hot bake, with ah hot cup of cocoa tea an yuh BAD!!!

Look what you started now. I have to go and get bake ( or perhaps fry/bake might be good too) and "chocolate" from the market to grate/boil and make "tea". That would be an awesome breakfast.

That's how my mom use to make it, now i make it for her the same way, hit the nail on the head, very nice. Just if I don't have fresh lime I use vinegar, works great as well

Well sardines are great for collagen production. I just add some lemon juice coarse black peeper and some chilli sauce. I don’t like the vegetable oil part because of the inflammatory omega 6. I ate a can today. I have no
    Problem with the smell.
