Well sardines are great for collagen production. I just add some lemon juice coarse black peeper and some chilli sauce. I don’t like the vegetable oil part because of the inflammatory omega 6. I ate a can today. I have no Problem with the smell.

Yes, with chopped chives instead of chadon beni and a bit of mayo.. No chunkay though. Best eaten with Crix imo lol

I love my sardines with sada, hops or rice and we make it the same way, delicious 😋 but I take out the bones

Some sardines have eggs in them...I make sure to clean it first then use it. I like my sardines in tomato sauce..I can't eat it like this, too dry
