    Yes, I could rock with this dish minus the pig tail. Add a couple slices of zaboca on the size and a tall glass of fresh coconut water.

    Chef Jason and Kezzieann We definitely love the outside cooking. How about an oil down...this dish look so DELICIOUS I would leave the pigtail out since I don't eat pork but even without it, I would of lic up the pot!!!😁😁😁

    The only thing I could substitute here in Jamaica is calaloo which U guys say steam too fast I don’t know if we have bhagi here. But it’s a must try . Looks realy tasty .
