The owner deserves huge credit for being put on the spot like that and having to speak about the negatives of his takeaway. Many others would have turned a blind eye and got on with their day. Everybody deserves a chance. Wish him and his business all the best!!

The owner is a liar, And TFT is too scared to admit that The food was bad, he just said the burger and chips were crap,then lied about the pizza saying it's amazing, I've eaten lot's of pizzas and I guarantee that pizza was nothing special,you can buy better ones in asda

I think the problem comes when some takeaways do deliveries. The quality of the food suffers because its not economical to deliver one thing at a time so they go to multiple addresses. The first delivery will be good and then the quality progressively disappears with each delivery, so first good. By the time they get to the 10th address... its pants....

Great review brother! Some of these places are reviewed lowly because if they deliver, they may take a long time to get the food to the customer so the food isn’t as fresh etc. That can always have an affect on the rating

Most bad reviews I read come from people getting deliveries, late, cold and with things missing.
If The food is not fresh Then the customer is right to complain, The problem with you brother's is you see a brother working there And you convince yourself that brother is your best buddy, let me tell you a secret they don't Care, All they want is your money, because they call you brother or Habibi you think they're treating you special

Fair play to you and the owner for the little chat, deliveries are always hit and miss at busy times. All the food looked fine and at a fair price. I never have high expectations for chips from these sorts of places.

Food usually tastes better getting it straight away and eating it in the takeaway it's when it gets delivered with multiple deliveries it affects the standards great review tft

That looks alright 😂😂 I was expecting a rough looking pizza with no tomato sauce! Sometimes you get them lol but that doesn’t look too bad from your average pizza place.. very strange only having 2 stars and worst in town ???

At first glace of the pizza I actually thought that it doesnt look bad, actaully the opposite - good highlight on this place

This is what food vlogging all about. Honesty and reviewing worst take aways. Rather be honest than just give good review when clearly the place is load of shite. TFT let's see more worst take out because I think it's interesting and all the good places can get boring. Nice to have a change
People drunk late at night at 2-3pm expecting food at a click of a finger is nonsense… I hope this guy does well, needs better burgers to because of the variety about nowadays he has to compete with… Go do a deal with a butcher… Great Job Ali trying to push them the right way
No it's not nonsense, if The owner knows it's a busy time he should get more staff and prepare the food earlier, But he's a cheapskate, everyone saying "he's a nice guy,he's humble" who cares? You are getting a takeaway, not marrying him

There’s a American UA-camr who only reviews 1 ⭐️ businesses and he’s had many good experiences, even hair cuts because the owner was no frills people wanted ass kissing so left shitty reviews so the guy did what the boss said picked a hairstyle and had the cut and really liked it .
Maybe a side hustle reviewing 1⭐️ is a thing worth consider 👍

Credit were credit is due! Owner seems to be taken everything on board and willing take criticism.
If food is that good it will definitely be due to not having enough delivery drivers.

Just looks like your normal average pizza shop and what you'd expect,good value food when your drunk or to cure your hangover the next day,definitely worst places you can eat from

You know what that guy is speaking the truth because alot of delivery places are only as good as the delivery service unfortunately like you can have a decent pizza,burger or Kebab completely ruined if it's been sat in a car for too long this is a countrywide issue and Food Troll you are correct they must find a way of tipping the scales in their favour because this is part and parcel of providing a delivery Service NOBODY is immune to this issue and if you want to be the best delivery service your driver's need to ensure the food arrives piping hot and fresh because it makes a ton of difference..... You can't be messing around with this there is no excuse unfortunately you have to provide the service go big or go home, if you need a few drivers buzzing in and out so be it but provide a good service and get the food delivered HOT your ratings will be far more attractive 💯... Love to see you giving them a friendly verbal conclusion bro because if they all take note you Will see great things across the country where delivery takeaways are a concern 👍🏽

Yeah you might of gotten decent one here but the location is a nightmare for picking food up unless your staggering him from a few pints. So majority is delivery which knocks the hell out of the food. 2 stars is probably on par only went once and was awful. Got to go with majority tbh.

In the USA Domino's came up with a vehicle named DXP............ built solely for pizza delivery. They installed a mini outward-facing oven in the car which keeps the pizza warm and fresh. Vehicles similar to DXP will be a good investment for food delivery businesses or for takeouts like Ali's pizzeria. Have a look at it:
