- This week I was lucky enough to do cooking demos at the BBC Good Food Show 2021 and The Ideal Home Show Winter for Christmas, so here's how they went and what I got up to! Plus I had a big scary appointment for my BRCA stuff, so I thought I'd keep you guys updated on how i'm getting on with that too. Hope you're all good!

Is stock baking spread required in sponge cakes can’t sponge cakes use normal butter
I use normal butter all the time :)
