I'm definitely starting to feel more festive now that we are well into December - I hope you are too! This week, I thought it would be nice to take you all out to a couple of supermarkets to see what gluten free party food is available this year and of course to make it even more festive I had to show you all our tree!

I'm delighted I have found your channel on youtube, but I think i'd like to mention that although all the foods you identified in this video are gluten free, they're not all low FODMAP and may some contain, for example, onion and garlic, both of which are a definite no for me. Have a great Xmas

Great video, Becky. But just a warning to everyone - we were in our local Aldi yesterday and the Snackrite chips that you flagged up were the old recipe and contained wheat starch, therefore not suitable. It looks as though the new version you showed isn't right through all the stores yet. So check carefully, everyone!

I just bought a few bottles of garlic infused oil that had garlic bits in the bottom. I’ve been careful not to pour the bits out but should I not use it at all? Could I just strain out the bits? Thanks!

Currently eating Aldi GF pigs in blankets. I always buy extra as I can’t get enough when they are out for Christmas. The Aldi GF stuffing balls too!

Guys I was struggling from IBS C . It was the worst years of my life . But couple weeks back I started taking 3 vitamin D capsules ,2 omega fish and 1 zinc tablet in morning after breakfast and same after dinner . And from that all my symptoms are gone . It just happened to me . No bloating and constipation . Just give it a try guys . Might work for you
