Buena mano. My mother used it when shopping in a store and it means that the price is good and a bargain. We were from the Northern Luzon and we are Ilocanos.
Buena Mano is shortened form of Buena suerte mano. It refers to the first customer of the day and it is believed that it will bring good luck for the rest of the day if the seller would make a discount.
Filipinos likes to joke around and have fun always ( inculcated in the culture ), that's why they called it pan de regla until it became so widespread until it became a normal term ever since, same with - lamierda, petsa de peligro, quatro cantos, etc

All the languages that you had taken up is bisaya. Chabacano and bisaya people in the Philippines are using those dialect. If you want to visit here, come to central visayas particular in cebu,bohol,siquijor and leyte. Chabacano dialect common used in zamboanga city ,Mindanao here in Philippines. "Cuatro Cantos" does NOT automatically refer to a popular local alcoholic beverage (gin) in the Philippines, it just describes the shape of that particular liquor's bottle. Filipinos do know that "Cuatro Cantos" means "Four Corners".

i can't really remember, but when i first watched that video (or for like, the 2nd time) i told my yaya (my caretaker) about pan de regla and she laughed, because some (based on what i've heard, i've only heard some people say it but i don't go out as often because of the pandemic) but i think many people uses regla to refer to the women's period, even in medical centers and stuff. i just say "mens" (short for menstruation) or "period" LOL

Our Spanish subject in high school was cancelled about almost 60 years later after the americans came. So that´s why it got developed into our own with our own meanings! hahahaaa Ok. Back in the the day Philippines has a Spanish subject but they removed it. My Tiyo(uncle) and lolo speaks spanish because they got to study the language. My lolo can write latin. And on the father side my great grand father is a spanish who lives in Ilocos. They said he's so mestizo(handsome).

Im a historian, Buena mano in Filipino, your "good hand" assimilated by Chinese culture "lucky" (suerte). it is better to explain by example, let say you sell something, the first buyer" buena mano' if he is blessed, the rest of the items you sell will surely be bought, so if your first buy(buena mano) is blessed , surely your business will be lucky. So in Filipino culture we like the first person to buy items(buena mano) will be the person who brings luck. So for businessman buena mano is very important, if lucky your business is in goodhands. another word is señorita. in spanish simply means young lady. but here, a young woman with lots of household servants who does chores for her. Maybe because Spanish descents usually have these servants at home.
we don't really call it pan de regla, the more accepted name of that kind of bread is "lahi" or "balintawak", both native filipino words. in the philippine context "puto" is not a spanish word its a just coincidence. the term puto comes from an austronesian word for a kind of rice cake.
there is also a similar word of pan de regla called pandesal, it is also a bread but it doesn't have stuffing inside, and its made of flavored dough
And another word that is also similar in spanish called Mercado/Palengke, It means Store or Grocery

Because when someone sells his product it's the first one who bought without hesitations that's why he was one we call Buena mano ka. Meaning the first buyer who bought is the first one when we call it so. Buena mano for us means first buyer. Therefore seller tries to prioritize give discounts to the buyer as sort of first luck
