yo my feet are tripping me out never knew they could go this fast love these drills
I am an incomplete quadriplegic I can stand, but of course I can’t do these exercises but I used to do that until my 50s until my injury got too bad. Now I’m going to walk again but I use this video to move my legs even the slightest bit and the same way that you’re showing on each other 15 exercises, it is really helping me.

i agree with the idea that ladder/agility drills are focused with fast foot work, but i reckon the rythms are important components in football

Thanks bro! For a session like this doing 4 reps of each I’ll do it separately, in the morning, then do another training session in the afternoon evening. But sometimes I might just do a couple of reps of each at the start of a training session to get the legs fired up.

With ball mastery you can do as many of as little as you want. The more you do, the more natural the ball will feel at your feet 👍

Depends how quickly your feet can move mate. Time it for yourself but I’m going to guess around 20 minutes.
