You guys have done videos about coming out of dispensationalism, but I would love to see a whole episode where you each tell how exactly you ended up in 1689 Federalism. What was that journey like, how did you come upon it, what drew you to 1689Fed versus Westminster Presbyterianism or Progressive Covenantalism.

Being born again is a matter of squaring with God. He is Lord, I am guilty, Christ paid the ransom for my sin. At that point 2 Cor 5:17 kicks in. No longer am I separated from God. I was a goat, now I'm a sheep.

However, just as we can volitionally reject the Gospel, we can resist & delay our sanctification/discipleship. Calvinistic taught Sovereignty is not biblical.
Doesn't anyone get that Nicodemus had heard the Word and believed, therefore as Jesus was telling him, he(Nicodemus) was already born again. The new birds means exactly what it says baby Christians, infant believers. Everybody tries to rush the maturing process or impose something on people that doesn't need to be imposed.
According to your Calvinistic/Reformed Theology, I can keep riding my Harley to bars, get in fights, pickup gals & if I'm elect, I'll someday pull up to a light, hear a gospel somethin on Granny's car radio & POOF, I'll be Regenerated & it's irresistible!!! Hot Damn that's the religion for me. Therefore, I''m off to Smitty's Pub until somethin like that happens. Calvinism is the bomb y'all.
@@dann285 They are self admitted Calvinists/Reformed Theology believers, purveyors. It is not biblical. It is another gospel. The script I wrote about the biker is fictional...but unfortunately, totally plausible within the Calvinistic paradigm. They believe only a pre-selected some (Calvin taught very few actually) will someday be irresistibly regenerated (born again/saved) then they are given faith to believe & call upon the Lord. "Individuals are born doomed from the womb to a certain death and are to glorify Him (God) by their destruction" quote from Calvin...and these two believe that & preach that. This false gospel has caused many to go through deconstructionism of their beliefs in God.

@@dann285In Calvinistic theology (what these guys follow & teach so James 3:1 will be applied to them) only a pre-selected/pre-chosen some of humanity will be irresistibly regenerated/saved & all others are "Doomed from the womb" to a certain death/lake of fire & will have no grace, hope or mercy offered to them. They will fry for an eternity & that is said to bring God glory... God decreed it for them. That is unbiblical & as a Pastor I am supposed to let people know that's what they unashamedly follow & teach (per: Romans 16:17-18).

I do understand your offence with TULIP but the video had nothing to do with it. Men do need to be born again, that's true aint it? And becoming born again is by the Grace of God, is it not? And my friend your scenario in regards to the works that follow is not what Calvin taught. And not only that those who will be cast into the lake of fire IS to the glory of God just as those who will be saved are to his glory. And that has NOTHING to do with Calvin either. Brother, might I ask why Grace is a necessity for one to be born again?
