    Okay, I picked all my Meyer lemons , I zested, juiced, then froze the juice. Let the zest dry out. Today I cooked everything up. Wow! Muscle! In the fridge now! Wish me luck.

      @@ceciliatolone it’s delicious. My juice measurement was probably off, I did drop my thermometer a while back, but seeing your video helped me over my shortcomings!

      @@ceciliatolone It’s very good, needs a tart shell. Maybe whipped cream. I don’t think I’ve tasted a truer lemon taste!

    What are some ways I can use lemon curd? Looks Delish!

      So many different ways to use! This can be the filling for a lemon tart. You can use it between layers of cake and then just frost the outside if you don’t want your cake to be too sweet. It’s also great just spread in toast/muffins/scones.

      It is VERY buttery, but that’s what makes it so good!

    Smooth! Also that wisk tool, what is it?

      It’s a sauce whisk! It’s designed to sit flat on the bottom of a pot and get into the corners. I used it in the video because since the coils are closer together than a ballon whisk so the butter gets incorporated more easily
