Nice knife work on that cauliflower!👌🔪 Try this, take half the cauliflower and break into florets, simmer in water till tender. Drain and purée, adding cream cheese and butter. And don't spare the parma-reg!! Season and add back into the cauliflower risotto dish for a very silky sauce.
I made your pasta 2 days ago, pizza last night and this tonight! I'm obsessed with your show. This was not my favorite, but I have many more recipes to go! Fresh pasta from episode one was amazing. Pizza was a bit confusing and I messed up my sauce (you should do a video of it).
Good overall result. But few things made me almost cry... -advicing non stick pan -> NO. Get a stainless pan, and learn how to use the heat or your burner. Does not stick if you know that. And it's healthier. -parmeggiano going in the pan while in high heat on the stove -> NO. That cooks it and makes it stringy. Always out of the burner. -putting back the non stick pan empty on a high heat burner -> no need to explain this one 😵💫 Cheers ...
Excellent demonstration Fabio! I am going to make this soon. I am vegetarian so I will leave out the pancetta, but I will be substituting "beyond meat hot italian sausage" - great product for anyone vegan who wants an authentic sausage taste... I am really enjoying your videos I think you’re fabulous Chef. You mentioned in the beginning of this video that Risotto is a complex carbohydrate. Not less you’re making it with brown rice and you do not use brown rice to make risotto. I am not Italian but I’ve always made my risotto with Arborio or Nano. Both of which are a short grain white rices. So, I’m a little confused if they are white rices how are they complex carbohydrates? I have to watch my carbohydrates because I am a diabetic. BTW, You are so funny.
Come on Fabio, you said it yourself, "Cows eat grass, and grass is a vegetable, which makes beef, vegan." If that's true then certainly you can come up with something to make this dish with the pancetta vegan, also.
