I prepared this recipe this evening and it was outstanding...easy (like you said) and delicious. My wife and I watch your videos and have purchased two of your books. Your presentation is different then most - and it cracks both of us up as well as teaches us your way to cook. We have tried many of the recipes from UA-cam as well as your book. Your sense of humor, chef knowledge and "not give a crap what someone thinks" approach keeps us coming back. One of the best videos that we have watched was from Season 2 Episode 8 - tiramisu. You had my entire family learning and laughing - especially in regards to your explanation of "lady fingers." Fabio, thanks for your presentations - sense of humor and excellent recipes.

I can appreciate what you said about speaking Italian. My grandparents came to this country 100 years ago and my father and his siblings spoke fluent Italian (in fact my father didn't speak English until he went to school). Whenever the family got together my grandparents and their children would carry on conversations in Italian. But as soon as one of the grandchildren entered the room they switched to English. My Grandfather would say "I came to this country to be an American, and my family will be American too". Sadly, as a result none of the grandchildren speak Italian.

If you would be willing to take a trip down memory lane. I wou;ld like to request something you cooked a long time ago on your original video show and that is Pork Tenderloin wrapped with bacon, seared off then baked with a balsamic and honey glaze. That dish is beyond amazing!
