    =========================
Whether it was a long day at work, sleeping wrong, lots of stress, or too much activity over the weekend, there are a LOT of things that can cause your neck to be painful!
Luckily the right exercises can be massively beneficial in helping to alleviate this tension and minimize your pain.
That’s exactly what I wanted to take you through today! In this video I’ll demonstrate my favorite neck stretching routine to help you decrease tightness/stiffness in your neck and feel better fast.
    HOW TO STRETCH YOUR NECK
The best stretching routine for your neck is one that stretches includes motion in all three planes of movement. You must be sure to stretch side-to-side, forward-and-back, and also rotate. This ensures that you’ve addressed all areas and all motions to help your neck feel as good as possible.
This routine will take care of all of that for you! These exercises will address all your tightness in all your movement planes to help you to feel better fast.
    STRETCHING ROUTINE FOR NECK PAIN
    0:00 INTRODUCTION
    0:46 CHIN TUCKS
    1:35 NECK EXTENSION
    2:05 UPPER TRAPS
    4:05 LEVATOR SCAP
    6:05 ROTATION
    8:13 IMPORTANT!
Did you follow along with this neck stretching routine? What did you think? Did you get some relief from it? Do you like the “follow along” format and should I do more of them?

In my biopsychology major I kept learning about how important physical activity is and decided to just do it. With help from dbt, cbt, therapy and learning how the body functions, I knew it was time to get to work. I see you inflammatory cytokines! This targets the areas with the greatest spacticity and I’m so thankful. Thank you for your time and providing this for all to see.

@@toneandtighten question. Do you know the best pillow for neck, head, and shoulder?
I’m mostly a side sleeper , but I’m trying not to do it.
I buy cheap Walmart pillows because they are soft, not too firm, but they don’t last long.
Trying to search for a pillow that will last longer vs keep buying a Walmart pillow every 4 months.

I am doing these for shoulder pain, but have a question on fingers. Back story, I lifted heaving electric motors for 8-10 hours a day for years, and shoulder was in incredible pain. I retired, but still have issues as the motion in my right shoulder is limited, and still have pain doing certain movements.
Now for the issue that I am wondering is related. I can wake up in the mornings, and the pinky and ring fingers on both hands, and the outside of the hands on that side, tingle like circulation was cut off, and takes a bit for the tingle to go away, and the biceps on both arms have pain, but seems localized to certain areas, such as the center of the bicep.
Is, or can this be related to the damaged shoulder, such as there may be a pinched nerve, or the ball is so fall out of the socket, that it may be pressing on a blood vessel and cutting blood off at times?
    Thank you.
