For those of you struggling with accidentally burning the caramel I recommend a microwave safe measuring cup. Add 3/4 cups of sugar and 4 tablespoons of water mix then microwave for 4 min to 4 min 45 sec or until you get that nice amber color
Thank you so much for this! I spent over 45 min trying to make the caramel for it to not turn out well. I saw your comment and it works perfectly, I just had to increase the time to about 7 min to get the right color. Thank you again I was ready to throw in the towel 😂

But whenever I ask what they use it’s “A little bit of this, a little bit of that” No one knows because they always add their own touch and don’t measure ANYTHING 😁 so excited to make this today. So glad I have found your channel. Reminds me of my childhood already 🥺💙
