Thank you for being here. I hope you have an awesome Monday and a great week! If you could take the time to let this video play to the end it would really help us out in the algorithm. See you in the next one! Cheers!
Love the double features, although I have a feeling many probably only focus on the first interaction based on the comments. Either way. I'm still enjoying the additional content hopefully you keep it going
How long will we have to put up with these stupid incompetents, while millions of criminals enter the border with weapons and drugs. These poor incompetents should be fired and sent to work on the border with Mexico, not bother and waste the time of citizens who pay their salaries to these poor incompetents.
I live in Ashland county Ohio & they will prosecute any1 they want for whatever they want. I've experienced the most extensive violations of rights here as well know of so many others, yet no1 cares & no1 can do anything about it as no attorney on earth will continue here to represent those of us who have rights violation cases.
I'm honestly a little surprised that that's not how it goes. not the bit about bowing down, but the cops being allowed to declare her guilty. "Your honor, Trust me, she's guilty." "Understood, sentenced to ten years."
First lady cop I was so frustrated that she wasnt willing to verify the obscured plate law, but WILL call the district attorney to try to escalate this to an arrest. The DA is a clown, telling these officers it is not a lawful stop but stating he's willing to prosecute regardless. Does not care about the innocent citizens, those pesky tax payers are not who he serves. Disgraceful.
I also believe AtA needs to grade the DA in this interaction. It's ridiculous, he was willingness to file charges even after telling the JBTP officer she was wrong across the board.
Guilt or innocence doesn't matter to a DA. They know if the suspect is poor enough they can bully the suspect into a plea to cover anything the officer does.
@@chrisbenefield9963this is so true! They play the numbers game…they know they can just charge enough people and most won’t put up a fight! They are going after the low hanging fruit!
I am shocked that the conversation with the DA was recorded and that she did not turn the body camera off. This is how all conversations should be conducted.
@@hashbrown4781seriously! If we were recording them, and we muted the video to talk to someone else, the video would be thrown out due to tampering! Why do they get to pause their videos at all? That is destruction of evidence! Body cam footage should be live streamed and recorded on public databases! We already paid for it! It’s ours! Government should not be able to own property!
I don't think she intentionally left it on. She just wasn't self-aware enough to realize that she should've hit the mute button to cover her ass. I doubt she thought she was going to hear anything other than everything she did was lawful and valid.
she never thought it would come back on her, and she was too stupid to turn the camera off, you have to wonder who retrieved that data for the video and whether or not that citizen sued for having her rights violated, also the other cops were just as bad for not putting a stop to it as soon as they pulled up.
Both incidents were no more than ego driven cops gone wild. I noticed the same with that particular cop...he was everything that he claimed not to be. Then doubling down or her on what was the right way to handle it when her way was the easiest and turned out to be at least effective to the tune of 25 grand.
I've been seeing a disturbing trend on this channel that most female cops are very combative and defensive in their conduct because they, as women tend to be, are people whose brains are wired to function on emotion rather than reason, such as that of men
Yeop the DA KNEW from Checking the law that the stop was unlawful from the word go. Yet still offered to file charges. That's Prosecutorial misconduct period. This ought to be looked at and some people need to lose their publicly paid jobs.
This officer is arresting her for Revenge. How dare she question him for crossing 2 lanes of hgwy without a blinker. I hope she fights him in court over these charges.
Bad for you. Lingering in a world of decent folks while bein someone willin to use obscene writin. You should be dwellin alone in the forest of sub-Saharan Africa.
The elderly woman did an interview with Don Andres recently. She said that she filed a complaint about a month ago but that’s going nowhere. And that she complied and got out the car after the other constable asked her politely to get out. She didn’t with Holli Norton because of how rude and condescending she was.
thank you. because this really frustrated amanda. especially when i looked up deputy nortons training and found that she took a course in deaf and hard of hearing interaction
And the PD scoffed at the DA when he told her she did nothing unlawfully because it's not against the law to have a bike rack, motorcycle rack ect on the back. Then the dingy PD said she was under the impression anything blocking the license was illegal. Cops that don't know the full laws shouldn't be cops, or at least go back through training.
The DA said she did nothing unlawfully and that the PD would look bad in court if she pursued it, but he would go along with it if she decided but she will have issues with the case if she did. He was letting the PD know that he would take it to court but he basically knew it would be thrown out of court, without saying so. You could hear it in his voice he knew it was a bad idea for the PD to pursue the issue. That is why the PD released her.
Quit bootlicking, Debbie The DA should've straight up said "If you don't have anything else you need to let her go" not "we'll back you up no matter what, knowing that the courts always believe us anyway" Stfu 🖕🖕
“You’re deaf, that has nothing to do with your eyes” the ignorance of potentially blinding a person without the other main sense you need to get around… unbelievable
She was only answering them when she could see their face because she was reading their lips. Shining the light in her eye's impeded her ability to do that. Idiots didn't even recognize her cochlear implant. Smh
Why do states attorneys think protecting cops and violating citizens' rights is acceptable? This is absolutely disgusting, and this attorney should be fired.
As is well known many of the people drawn to law enforcement and the military are prone to be biased to bully people regardless of the law. Additionally, many Americans care more about paying low taxes than the quality they receive from government employees and their military. Civilian control over LE and the military are essential and the first thing to diminish as fascism rises. To wit: *"We're going to give our police their power back, and we are going to give them immunity from prosecution."* - felon, rapist, repeatedly convicted fraudster, state and federal quadruply indicted, infamously dishonest Donald Trump, Waukesha, Wisconsin, 2024.
"A flashlight in your eyes has nothing to do with you being deaf." Unless of course if they read lips and the flashlight is now a hindrance to that ability.
100%. It’s like saying a blind person is not impeded if his legs are bound like wtf do yall think a handicapped person uses as senses when one sense is impaired. THE OTHER SENSES
Exactly right! I could see that the lady uses a cochlear implant. She DOES have limited hearing and being able to view the speaker is indeed going to be helpful in fully understanding what is being said to her.
Yeah. Although there are some officers that just pull over bikes whenever they see them, write a bogus ticket, then don’t show up in court (so the ticket gets dropped, after wasting the rider’s time and energy repeatedly). I think it was AtA that covered one or two of these not too far back. I’m guessing it’s just a bit of butt-hurt because they don’t have the physical prowess to ride a bike at this point. And I say that being someone who started riding a bike again in his 40s, at decently over 300 lbs, and rode ~1500km my first summer.
I've know this was legal since my parents were hanging our bikes on the back of the Plymouth Horizon!! It's a basic law. Bike Rack 101. Where did she go to police school? Does she have a mentor?
Imagine how those dishonest thugs treat their families... imagine all the lies these corrupt "officers" have told to persecute the innocent and how many lies have they told to protect their fellow criminals?
What made me most mad is that the DA knows it’s illegal, but said he’d back her up anyway. This cop just wasted this woman’s time over her trying to go phisihing.
Me too 🤬. Knowing they would affect an unlawful arrest and put someone in jail, possibly impounding her car. Maybe lose her job. Have to pay impound fees and a bond and then to have it thrown out. She would still be out of her money and her freedom. The DA sounds just as corrupt and tyrannical.
i dont think that represents what the DA said. He recommended against the officer filing the charges. But the cop could still file anyway if she wanted. Her choice is all. He didnt think it was winnable, but it's ultimately up to the court, not them, to determine the legal nuances. He provided good advice and the officer took it.
That was a bullshit stop. I’m a bicyclist. I run a hitch rack. Does it block my plate? Sure. However everything I run is D.O.T approved. So if blocks plate it is what it is. I have a Jeep Wrangler. The license plate is all the way to the left side by the taillight. The bicycles block the plate. No avoiding it. The bicycle tires are behind my lights also. Blocking my lights but not their function. They are spoke rims. You can see the lights through them. A cop tried to pull sh*t on me once. Get out of here. Then they always pull the bullshit. Any drug or weapons in the vehicle? Do your own fucking due diligence. When I get stopped which isn’t often. I hand the officer my license. My insurance card. And my concealed carry card. First thing they ask any weapons in the vehicle? I don’t have to tell you. If there is there is. None of their business. Go f*ck off.
@drea1976 You're missing the point. How many people have gotten hurt or even killed for ignoring commands from a police officer, lawful or not? This isn't a matter of who's right and who's wrong, it's a matter of personal safety
Yeah he's a pos for this. On that note U should see the DA in my current case which is in PA. I am being wrongfully accused of something and he's doing EVERYTHING IN HIS POWER to get me to be found guilty even if he has to blatantly lie. The judge is obviously on his side. During a bench trial I was recently found guilty even though there was more evidence that I wasn't guilty. This state and especially the county I reside in is BEYOND CORRUPT. It's so sad that we have to live this way. I have been through my fair share of court cases due to a past drug addiction from 2013-2020 and both the DA and the judge remember me from then. They don't want to accept that people can obviously change being that I have been sober for almost five years come January. I live a very normal, boring and law abiding life. They will see a lawsuit!
The second case is blood boiling. Imagine being almost hit, then being like "yo your driving is reckless" then getting arrested for NOTHING and getting an attorney who makes IMMENSELY inappropriate advances on you. Holy shit. At least she got some settlement money but my goodness.
In the original video she very politely taps on his window. I love the irony of them BANGING as hard as they can on peoples doors and windows but you tap on theirs its "BANGING" or "BEATING" lmao They are clowns 🤡
Imagine how these abusers treat their families behind closed doors. After all, given the studies about law enforcement personnel and perpetration of domestic violence...
@@wingatebarraclough3553 especially the officers who are abusing anabolic steroids. Roid rage is very dangerous for wives and children of these psychopathic cops.
This officer is arresting her for Revenge. How dare she question him for crossing 2 lanes of hgwy without a blinker. I hope she fights him in court over these charges. I can’t believe how he snatched those keys from her mother. WTF IS WRONG WITH HIM? Did he get his little Ego hurt or something?
You can hear the sass in the officer's voice. She's emotional during this argumentative exchange. Absolutely no control over her emotions and shows no attempt at deescalation, but rather was escalating the situation by arguing back and forth. Extremely unprofessional in her demeanor, not a single clue how she made it through the academy... unless she's not the only one like this in that town.
@@margelittleboy Prob not far from right. My dad is one of the Senior Police Corporal working as an instructor at the Dallas PD Academy. He tells me stories all the time of people who come in with horrible attitudes... ppl he doesn't think will or should make it through by the end of the academy. However, he has little control since he's there to instruct/teach them... so every few classes he talks about that one officer that makes it through that can become a liability to the department. Crazy but it's reality, bad cops will make it through even though they shouldn't.
I sympathize with the responses here; but I’m not faulting the DA because I think the ends justify the means here. Ultimately, the DA got the LEO to back off; and if he had to say certain things to mollify her somewhat but get the right result, I’m reluctant to question his methods too harshly. He possibly knew something blunt like, “You are completely wrong and need to let her go now and if you don’t, I’ll refuse to prosecute and that would make you look bad,” could totally backfire.
@@Daybreaq I disagree. The D.A. didn't say his office would look at the case, he said they will file the charges. He knew it was likely a bad stop, but was offering to file the charges anyway, as a smoke screen for the officers misconduct. Even if that were not the case, the officer admitted to the crime of violating the womans rights by illegally searching her. Did the D.A. file charges against the officer for her admitted crime, report her to her superiors, or forward charges to rhe appropriate D.A.s office?
By that cops logic every single citizen should be in fear for their safety every time a cop knocks on their window, but of course he would disagree with that.
The second video I saw on LL. Arresting her for simply no reason whatsoever. The cop feels threatened over a small woman knocking on his window. Better be glad an acorn didn’t fall nearby too.
I saw it on LL as well. The scaredy cat cop is a punk and probably actively seeks to pick on people he perceives as weak. The lecturing cop should lecture the scaredy cat about handling the situation differently.
This implies that he wasn't in any way aware of : his original bad driving: the fact that she turned off when he did, and the fact she had exited her car to come and knock on his window. I have a feeling this cop will never make it to Detective level 😉
Easy to fix, just make it an automatic tampering with evidence charge that then must be defended using police pension money. Problem would disappear overnight
I'm Canadian, almost all our cops are RCMP nation-wide. I was astounded to learn that next year, in 2025, RCMP are going to _start_ wearing bodycams. All this time we've had no protection from corrupt police officers.
And the one that arrested her tried to be so nice about it. What an a-hole. He should have spent more time trying to reason with the original officer for acting like a d-bag.
they don't, it is all about going along with the group, even the police have their issues as well, for one is (not being a snitch) just u ha ok copy that, whatever you say.
The second illegal derailment and arrest is a ego match. The fact that the officer said "I don't like taking people's rights" while arresting her unlawfully
Egos aside, the cops committed crimes from the get go. The lady exercised her first amendment rights and was arrested for it. Bad police doing bad policing is the problem here.
Some people shouldn't be cops. They are two fragile mentally. This is revenge and bullying and so wrong. But the tyrant will get away with it because they all stick together. There is zero accountability,, Im greatfull to you for highlighting this injustice and abuse of power.
That should be a lesson to everyone. Do not talk to law enforcement even when they violate the law or Constitution. They are essentially above the law and your rights mean nothing.
Yea it's one of the biggest misconceptions ever that police are "brave." They by their very nature are cowards that specifically train to put themselves and their safety above/before anyone elses. They can take an actual American soldier who has literally fought for our country (that has ACTUAL BRAVERY) and brainwash even them into being a tyrannical domestic terrorist that by all accounts despises the constitution (they swore an oath to) and the protection it gives. There's something to be said for how successful the process is at corrupting human beings into having 0 compassion or empathy for their fellow man. American Police will be seen in the same light as Gestapo/ SS in the future and the history books will not be kind. Shameful
@@JohnnyChapman-jp1ej that's for sure. The video showing one cop stepping over to use hand sanitizer while those poor children were being murdered, absolutely pathetic
The DA read out the law and explicitly stated that having a bike rack is not grounds for a violation of the statute but said if the cop wanted to press charges he would file it. In other words, "we'll lose in court but we'll get to drag the person through the system as punishment".
I can understand if she really thought she was doing her job and turned out wrong although it's still a problem, But the really disturbing is the unwarranted attitude with someone in her grandmother's age!! It's nothing you can remedy with training or whatever!
Agree. A few decades ago the only supporters of law enforcement were conservatives. Not anymore. Through decades of corruption and abusing the public almost everyone hates the police. Only a few bootlickers remain.
The sad part is I only know your talking about the 1st video because the second cop was male... they were both a couple of mean girls abusing their power
@@Hippie9Dexactly. I haven't seen a female cop yet that didn't behave this way which is exactly why I always say no women allowed to be police or politicians. They can not handle that amount of authority because they're too emotional and feel they have to be even tougher than the male cops so they massively overreact escalating situations that aren't necessary to do so. The male cops are bad enough with their tyranny and emotions so we don't need definite emotional reactions from the female ones.
I cant believe you didn't assign a grade to the prosecutor for telling the cop he would back her even though he knew she was wrong. His actions was worse then the cops
literally his job to back them! Up to the court to determine legality utlimately, not cop or DA. He recommeded against pursuing charges, tho. And the cop took his advice. Couldnt have gone better.
@@wordgifts Yes, it could have gone better, the cop lied from start to finish, tried bullying a grandma and would have ilegally arrested her if it was in any way possible, she was on a power trip and didn't care what laws she broke at any time.
@@chronographer Of course they're not police. But you think the DA is going to step all over and dismiss every case the police establish? It would ruin the relationship (bit of a team dynamic). That is the point. Some cases are lost not cause of the DA's efforts, but the lack of policework, and vice versa. The police lay the groundwork.
Something to prove. So many times it seems like their pride or egos get hurt and like toddlers everything goes wrong from there. Unfortunately they have guns and tasers and have qualified immunity. It’s you and I who should be scared.
This is why a woman should never do a job like this. They are emotional unstable, but we(governments( want inclusivity and woman everywere represented ecually in jobs 😂
As a Kentuckian I am ashamed of these fools and have called them, I also emailed the sheriff sharing a link to this video asking why a deputy was afraid of what appears to be a well mannered 120 lb or so woman trying to ask "why did you drive so dangerously" or something to that effect. This is retaliation and it cost the county $25k and it's reputation. Deputy Croft your name and face are etched into my mind, you will live there rent for for a prolonged period. If you're reading this I'm the guy who called you and you were to afraid to call me back, you seem to have a problem with being excessively afraid; perhaps law enforcement isn't a good fit for someone with your soft nerves.
these morons r not worth being talked to; she should've just copied his vehicle info., time & place of the incident & filed complaints with his department, county & the police comissioner.
I called the sherrif's office when this was first posted too. The receptionist was antagonistic and saying things like "well why don't you come here and tell him how you feel?" and I said "Yeah, so he can illegally arrest me?" Deputy Croft will get his in hell
@@riley539 >>The receptionist was antagonistic and saying things like "well why don't you come here and tell him how you feel?">> Geez, the rot of unprofessionalism runs deep in that department. If they don't course-correct immediately, from top to bottom, they are going to have future payouts a lot more expensive than $25,000.
That second arrest was ludicrous. The officer was embarrassed by his own bad driving so lied about her behavior, rather than apologizing for dangerous driving.
Cops love posing ultimatums as questions rather than orders. “I am ordering you to step out of the vehicle” and “could you pop out of the vehicle for me” are the same thing to them.
That's what the majority of cops seriously believe. They think that when they say or ask a citizen something, the citizen has to do it because the cop has a badge. That's how narcissistic most cops are and what they've been taught in the academy. They don't understand and/or care if there's an actual law backing up that demand or not. They say, you comply is the only way in their eyes, or else.
Stop harassing the old lady and go after some real criminals! The officer is power tripping because the grandma knows her rights and is sticking up for herself!
And there it is, after what happened to Ms. Mullagin, a WHOPPING 25k paid out to her after all she went through while none of the cops involved got into any trouble or faced any legal or professional consequences. Tahis is why it will just keep happening over and over and over again.
@@stonegasman3866What are you talking about? She was charged with disorderly conduct and put into the back of a police car, handcuffed, taken to jail where she ended up spending the night, on the floor according to her. But “the cop let her go”??? Perhaps you have the first part of the video confused with the second part? As “CKM-gf3ik” the original commenter says, “Ms. Mullagin”, which is in regard to the second incident contained in this video, not the first one.
The fact that her supervisor heard the situation and told her she was in the wrong but he would support her anyway. Terrible policing. Rotten to the core.
The DA is willing to punish the poor lady. She will have to hire a lawyer and suffer the embarrassment of going to court etc. the DA is insensitive and should never use the “process” to punish innocent people!!
@@L.JoanPrice-fj5dmprobably have her car impounded/towed and have to pay fees. They were getting a drug dog to search it so they probably would have torn through it too.
I feel like the DA was more informing the officer that he disagreed with the charges saying that yes she COULD charge her but that it would likely get thrown out but it would be the officer’s decision to file. He would do his job for filing but knows it’s likely an illegal charge and get thrown out. He’s informing the officer that likely it won’t hold any water. He would still do his job but recommends that it won’t work out for the officer’s favor. I don’t think he was saying to punish someone for holding to their belief for standing up for their rights.
💯 despise all of them anymore. They are all the same. Protected by qualified immunity and cover each other even when it’s clearly wrong. They are a gang.
13:00 The DA reads the law but is willing to prosecute this woman anyway. It is horrific to hear an officer of the court willing to kidnap someone for baseless charges.
A friend got a ticket for not transporting his dogs in a 10x10 kennel. We don’t even transport horses in that large of a crate. The DA ran with it, he couldn’t find a lawyer, but when he went to court it was about a minute until the judge said. “Are you kidding?”
Knowing that the DA would prosecute when this woman has done absolutely nothing is absurd. And one reason why I never joined the police is because they will call you and accuse you of everything under the sun and once they find out they were wrong., they Never Apologize??? I did not want to be a part of people that live that way and think nothing of it.
Nothing I love more than an officer being so confidently wrong and then realizing it once they talk to someone who ACTUALLY knows the law. She was basically just like "oh nvm you aren't under arrest anymore I don't know how to do my job" LMAO
In the first case, it would have been an ethical violation for the DA to file any charge knowing that there was no violation, no lawful stop and an unlawful search.
The biggest misunderstanding of Pa v Mimms. Pa v Mimms says that it is legal IF THEY CAN ARTICULATE OFFICER SAFETY, FLEEING, ACCESS TO WEAPONS OR DESTRUCTION OF EVIDENCE. This HAS to be articulated in a reasonable manner. Not just "i feel".
Miss Mulligan was a remarkable individual who demonstrated exceptional character. Despite the unjust treatment she endured, she displayed remarkable resilience and generosity by donating a significant portion of her compensation to a charitable cause of her choosing. Her actions serve as an exemplary model of how to respond with integrity and compassion in the face of illegitimate authority.
What’s worse is she had doubts about her knowledge and didn’t consider whether she should corroborate or correct herself. Plainly ignorant. Deliberately so. Pathetic.
They absolutely know the law, they just don’t care! They will push the boundaries of the law as much as we let them! Then use the “officer safety” excuse to justify their bad behavior!
With regard to the second clip: They know their response is unnecessary, disproportionate, and purely in service of one cop's ego, but who will stop them? Who will punish them afterward? No one. They act like this because no one ever makes an example of them. When that changes, "contempt of cop" will disappear.
@WhoNeedsCollege1 I "seen" that you said good grief lmao 😂. That is some Charlie brown lingo for sure. And yeah I'm guilty of saying "seen" incorrectly on occasion. People get in a hurry because they're trying to say what's on their mind before it passes. Shit happens.

There is no way that the female cop believed that there would be weapons or even drugs in grandma's bra. That was either a sick twisted groping or a sick twisted power flex. She seems like she is more suited for prison than law enforcement.
It's purely incompetence, she seriously doesn't know the difference between a pat down and a search 😂 I mean shoot she seriously said that she had to exit the vehicle because she said so
Dude, she had the audacity to KNOCK on his window. We can't have that. You need to respond with fear and aggression. But if the police knock on your door.....
One thing I've noticed since you've started doing the double feature episodes, is that the interaction that is related to the thumbnail and title is always the first one covered in the video. Most UA-cam channels would put it last so that you watch the whole video (kinda clickbaity). Have always appreciated the way you don't pull those kinds of tricks on your viewers.
The copsplaining in the second video is beyond exasperating. "If we could go back in time, would you do this a little bit different?" My answer would be: "F--k you."
12:50 should’ve been the end of the conversation. You will look extremely bad if you had to defend this in court. Conversation over. Apologize profusely to the person you swore to defend, protect and serve and do better. BIG DUMMY
Yep. They absolutely abuse their power to retaliate for her criticism of one of their own then proceed to lecture her. The cops who was driving recklessly should've been lectured, not the woman trying to use her 1st Amendment right to express a legitimate grievance with the cop.
Better answer to the (trick) question, would have been to answer with a question, -Would the officer if he could go back in time, do things differently, with honesty and with respect to the law this time?
That female SERVANT is disgusting. A clown in a clown costume acting like she can do what ever she wants. Hopefully the woman she violated gets the justice she deserves.
Officer, if I could do this over I would get out of your jurisdiction!!! Because it's apparent you do this to everyone. You enforce your egos! They must be gigantic egos
She told her the first time she asked she didn’t have weapons. She said she wouldn’t answer anymore questions when asked about narcotics. This cop was on a power trip
This officer clearly thinks if she asks what’s in your car that you have to answer her. You don’t. This is what happens when an officer has never had their authority challenged. She was so sure she was in the right, but she was wrong before she even got out of her vehicle.
No you don’t have to answer any questions! The only thing you are required to do is ID yourself, provide registration and insurance. Once you do that, you can shut up and remain quiet. Now they are not allowed to retaliate against you for using your right to remain silent but they absolutely will! They think you not answering questions, especially if you have any weapons, gives them the right to pull you out of the car and search it for “officer safety” but technically that is against the law! But they will always get away with it because judges will never go against their cops!
Thank you for being here. I hope you have an awesome Monday and a great week! If you could take the time to let this video play to the end it would really help us out in the algorithm. See you in the next one! Cheers!

The fact that the DA said he would still prosecute even though she wasn't breaking a law is the problem with this country
The rot begins at the top.
Most definitely.
Particularly because he knew that they would lose badly, and it would just be retaliation with the purpose of costing her legal fees.

They say ignorance of the law is no excuse for breaking it, yet the people tasked with enforcing the law are allowed to be completely ignorant of it.

I bet he was pretty pissed when he found out her body cam was running during that call, lol.
Guilt or innocence doesn't matter to a DA. They know if the suspect is poor enough they can bully the suspect into a plea to cover anything the officer does.
Yah man. Good breakdown. Well said.

she never thought it would come back on her, and she was too stupid to turn the camera off, you have to wonder who retrieved that data for the video and whether or not that citizen sued for having her rights violated, also the other cops were just as bad for not putting a stop to it as soon as they pulled up.
The fact these departments are PAYING EXTRA to have a mute and power option…

Sexual battery and kidnapping charges at the very minimum.
Insane that the DA knows she's in the wrong and would still file the charges and go at the lady. Both of them need to be removed ASAP.
Doubling down when they’re wrong is what they do

She also told the DA that she asked the lady if she would mind stepping out, that was a blatant lie
"Uh ugh"
"OK, cool"
The fact that the DA was willing to file charges against someone he just stated had broken no laws, IS WHAT ENABLES THESE TYRANTS TO ACT LIKE THEY DO!
Exactly
The DA said she did nothing unlawfully and that the PD would look bad in court if she pursued it, but he would go along with it if she decided but she will have issues with the case if she did. He was letting the PD know that he would take it to court but he basically knew it would be thrown out of court, without saying so. You could hear it in his voice he knew it was a bad idea for the PD to pursue the issue. That is why the PD released her.

And there it is, after what happened to Ms. Mullagin, a WHOPPING 25k paid out to her after all she went through while none of the cops involved got into any trouble or faced any legal or professional consequences. Tahis is why it will just keep happening over and over and over again.
Got to go after pension
It's obvious that these Police don't understand laws
The DA! (Not a supervisor)
@ ah My mistake. That does make it worse though.
These are the interactions that make people DESPISE the police...
Creating HATE. Everyday.
💯 despise all of them anymore. They are all the same. Protected by qualified immunity and cover each other even when it’s clearly wrong. They are a gang.
And the judicial officials 🤢
Most cops are fair these officers are not it
@@markmarcelisone bad apple spoils the bunch
Good for granny, stand your ground
25,000 ? Wow , was he fired ! 25 was a joke for what she went through.
In the 2nd case, That Blue Line mentality is strong. Making excuses and blaming her for scaring the tyrant is unbelievable.
That's because all cops have that same rapist mentality where they always blame their victims and they're never responsible for their own actions.
"COP BS...."I hate taking peoples' freedom"...cops-plaining 101...
She lucky she still alive
Nothing I love more than an officer being so confidently wrong and then realizing it once they talk to someone who ACTUALLY knows the law. She was basically just like "oh nvm you aren't under arrest anymore I don't know how to do my job" LMAO
Digusting those r the people supposedly sworn to protect us
In the first case, it would have been an ethical violation for the DA to file any charge knowing that there was no violation, no lawful stop and an unlawful search.
Do you think they care...
Tell me you're AI without saying you're AI.
@PowerChordEPS lol 😆 I was testing out the feature. You got me. It did say exactly what I said, just in different words.
100% agree.
Another example of poor policing in America. She appears to not know or understand the laws or even how to apply the laws. Shameful.
Worse than shameful. Commonplace
Yeah that chick was pretty stupid. She couldn’t even speak properly. What a dumb cop
With regard to the second clip: They know their response is unnecessary, disproportionate, and purely in service of one cop's ego, but who will stop them? Who will punish them afterward? No one.
They act like this because no one ever makes an example of them. When that changes, "contempt of cop" will disappear.
Thank you for all your hard work!
Grandma was a Boss! She needs to file a complaint and follow up with a lawsuit!
I seen this one before. This ladycop is aggressive and harassed this lady for legally doing nothing wrong. A bike rack isn’t against the law.
@@WhoNeedsCollege1got nothing better to do than to grammar police, Charlie Brown?
No its not but under these circumstances feeling under grandma's rack should be against the law, I witnessed a sexual assault by an angry lesbian.
@@Jolson17929go F yourself people need to be called out...
@@WhoNeedsCollege1Karen and maga supporter who think police are beyond criticism. Probably thinks this cop is perfect and love a da that would violate your rights.
Everybody loves grandma! ❤️❤️❤️
"I'm not answering any more questions"
"Yes you are"
And she did.
"I'm not getting out of the vehicle"
"Yes you are"
And she did.
I see the way this is going.
There is no way that the female cop believed that there would be weapons or even drugs in grandma's bra. That was either a sick twisted groping or a sick twisted power flex. She seems like she is more suited for prison than law enforcement.
Far more
SA is about power and control.
It's purely incompetence, she seriously doesn't know the difference between a pat down and a search 😂 I mean shoot she seriously said that she had to exit the vehicle because she said so
The gaslighting in the second video by the arresting police officer was discussing. Since when can a citizen not approach a public servant?!
Yes I did, thank you for the update videos
I hope the old lady still filed a civil suit against the search
I freakin LOVE this grandma. She's so bad ass. Is this Chuck Norris's grandma? 😂She had me cracking up with every snarky retort.🤣 Love you, Grandma💐
Officer, if I could do this over I would get out of your jurisdiction!!! Because it's apparent you do this to everyone. You enforce your egos! They must be gigantic egos
The DA needs to be disbarred. He admitted she was wrong and had no grounds but would prosecute anyway? Entirely corrupt.
You can hear her tone change when she gets challenged on her illegal search. She goes from confident to a very unsure and hesitant "I'm allowed"
I love your videos, im a Junior in highschool wanting to go into the criminal justice field and I find these videos are extremely educational for me
F is too high grade for this officer wow
